I agree that Jerusalem is the city of seven mountains but Islam is not Babylon.

God's people are not in islam.Gods people is Israel,and they are in captivity.

I agree that the harlot does not sit on Rome, however it is not Jerusalem either. 

`The great harlot who sits on many waters......The water which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.` (Rev. 17: 1,  15)

The harlot is the `mother` of all the false religions of the earth. It is a religious aspect of the Global Government. Eventually the 10 kings (of Islam) get rid of it.

So, which global religion has the power over all the peoples of the earth? 

Which world religion has moral values that the world bows down to?

And which world religion is even now getting the Political leaders of the world to pass laws to put in prison anyone who speaks against their religion?

Daniel's 4th beast is either globalism and artificial intelligence or possibly Islam. I really don't know. 

As of now - I 'think' Rev. 13 is an Islamic Caliphate or the king of the North/Daniel 11. This Caliphate may include Iran, Syria, Turkey, Iraq, etc.  Revelation 17 is the king of the South AKA an Islamic Caliphate situated around the Arabian Peninsula. The two fight. Northern one - Iran is more powerful and is the Shia sect of Iran - The southern is Sunni.

And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

There's so much to figure out.

It seems to me you are mixing up the Religious aspect of the Global Government and the Political aspect. Rev. 17 is the Religious, Rev. 18 is the Economic with the Political.

Ok,but I've never seen anywhere in scripture where God calls his people anything other than Israel.

For instance 

2 Samuel 7:10

Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,

 

Besides,Jerusalem itself is called a prostitute by Isaiah.

 

Isaiah 1:21

See how the faithful city has become a prostitute! She once was full of justice; righteousness used to dwell in her— but now murderers!

My current view which will likely change, is that IF globalism and a New World order is mentioned, it's in the fourth beast of Daniel 7.  But I'm not sure - I can only speculate. I'm not sure what Revelation 18 represents. There are too many ways to go with it.

I don't believe the beast from the sea is global.I believe it is the Israeli government which recieved a deadly wound in 70 ad and was healed in 1948.People from all nations have followed after it .That's why the waters where the  prostitute sits are nations ,tongues and peoples.Its a country of immigrants from all nations.Take a stroll through Jerusalem and you might hear ten languages spoken in a day.

As of now,the king of Babylon is smiting the Palestinians with his rod.I believe he only has about 4 years left till his rod is broken. Then Christ will come and found Zion.
