He may be now, but he didn't know when he was returning while he was here.

Yes, God is "omniscient and omnipotent".

In order to qualify as the Savior of humanity, Jesus was obligated to live a completely human life. As such, during His earthly traverse, Jesus did not appeal to any supernatural aspects of His Deity. He instead relied on the Holy Spirit - exemplifying how we should traverse our human lives.

We need to look at Jesus before the Cross in a deferent way than after the Cross. It is very important to be able to tell the difference. Many talk about Jesus how he is after the Heavenly Father exalted him high above all and fail to inform the people that's who he is in his resurrected body and in his Glory, the Glory he had with the Heavenly Father before the foundation of the earth. Before the Cross we know him as the humble Jesus and after the Cross we know him as the Glorious Jesus. The Almighty God, the Lord of all and the King of King. Every knee will bow down before him even those who put him on the Cross to die. The Scriptures say those who pearched him. Think about the Preists and the leaders of the people who condemned him to death.

The gospels and NT uses a picture of marriage.   The two comes together to exchange promises and makes a commitment.   The husband to be goes home to his Father's Place to prepare, build a new home for his new family.  The lady goes home to her family.   Only the Father of the Man, Son knows when he is going to say, it is time to complete the marriage.   During a night,  the Father wakes up the Son and tells him it is now.   Jesus is the one marrying his bride, the church.   They go thru the village announcing the time to join in the marriage ceremony is now.   People join in the march to the Temple to  finalize the vows and celebrate the new marriage.   Thus the reason Jesus did not know the day or hour is because his Father did not tell him, now is the time.

For Almighty God to be omniscient is unloving and we know the word states at John 4:8 that God is Love. Therefore because he is omnipotent He can choose what he wants to know or not know. It is unloving to promise someone something knowing they will NEVER get it. That would be the case with Adam and Eve. God held out the promise of everlasting life to the couple if they didn't eat from that one tree. However if God KNEW they was going to eat. It was an unloving on his part. Actual cruel.

It's difficult to understand you and this is because we have eternal Life at being Redeemed, and adopted in the Spirit and the Life Eternal of Jesus Christ. JESUS is the Eternal Life and He will always be and that's why He will be with The Heavenly Father forever. And we are happy to be in him because we will always be with him and the Heavenly Father.

Adam and Eve were in their own standing and sooner or later they will disobeyed some Comandment of God and like us they needed to be in the Redemption of Jesus Christ just like us. And they needed to be in the Heavenly Inheritance of Jesus Christ. What they will stay in the Garden the two of them forever. The mankind had to inherit the earth and live and multiply on the earth and not in the Garden.

And the adoptetion in Jesus Christ or the  Redemption it wasn't available to them at that time, (certainly Jesus had to come first and certainly Abraham had to come first and the Law and the inheritance of Canaan and the Patriarchs and Mary who gavebirth to him) the Redemption in Jesus Christ as it is available to us while we live. But to all who had lived and died before Jesus Christ death the Redemption in Jesus Christ was proclaimed to them after the Cross of Jesus Christ. That's why we proclaimed that there is one LORD and SAVIOR OF ALL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD.

Yes, as God, Jesus has never for even a second stopped being God. He has always been omniscient and omnipotent. During his early life, he simply chose to restrict himself and only use his abilities when the father directed him.

Well, I don't recall ever reading in scripture that Jesus said he was God. He only stated he was God's son and that he himself has a God??

Jesus did a lot of things that only someone with Godly powers can do.

Unless God has given him those powers to do those things. Jesus said that the Father is asking me to do something even on the Sabath Day. Jesus said it is the Heavenly Father who is asking me to do something. Jesus identify the power who was asking him to do something as the Heavenly Father. He sort out who was giving him the power to do the miracles even on the Sabath Day.

Jesus also said that the Father loves me and what ever I ask him he does it for me.

Jesus also said that the Son of Man has the power to forgive sins. And we see Jesus forging the sins of some people and healing them. Definitely those were not Gentiles. They were sinners. Israelites in their sins. From the lost sheep of Israel. Cut off from the righteousness through the Law. Israelites in their sins. Before the Cross. The lost sheep of Israel.

Jesus did according to the parable of the Lost sheep.

Elijah did a lot of miracles even miracles by speaking. He did miraculous things by speaking and the scripture was foretold that the Messiah will come in the power of Elijah. There will not be another prophet like Elijah till the coming of the Messiah. This is why the people said and Jesus also said that they should believe in him from the miracles he was doing. As the miraculous things he was doing fit the profile in the prophetic scriptures that the Messiah will come in the power of Elijah.

And many said that John the Baptist did not do those miraculous things but Jesus did and many believe in him from the works Jesus was doing.

Jesus said to them believe in me from the miraculous works that I do.

And some who were somehow confused as to why the scribes did not believe in him but seeing the miraculous things he did they believed in him because the Messiah will identify himself to the people from the miraculous things he will do for the people of God. Jesus said to them that the things that I do testify about me, from the things that I do believe that the Kingdom of God has come to you. Which means that he is the Messiah of God because the Messiah will bring the Kingdom of God to them. As the scripture said the deaf ears will open, the blind eyes will see the paralytic will walk and the year of Jubilee will be declared to the people at the time of Jesus Christ death. The Redemption in Jesus Christ for all the people of the world. The earth was clean and the Gentiles were clean in Jesus Christ death on the Cross and were ready to believe and join the new Family of God in the same way as the Jews even Nicodemus by believing in Jesus Christ. Their sins forgiven in the same way as the sins of the Jews by faith in Jesus Christ who died for the forgiveness of the sins of the whole world.

The knew man on earth whether Jew or Gentile in his sins and needing to have his sins forgiven in the same way for all by faith in Jesus Christ in the Redemption of Jesus Christ.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
