I'm curious, missmuffet, from which denomination do these five points of fundamentalism derive?

I am not going on any denomination. I am a nondenominational born again believer in Jesus Christ. I have asked if you are a fundamentalist believer and if you believe in the 5 statements I posted that supports a fundamentalist. Either you do or you don't.

I am telling you that it is a choice to believe in those 5 statements I posted. Life is full of them.

Missmuffet, I believe in the Bible, every word of it, from which we derive sound Christian doctrine, of which I hold to.  But if I can know all the doctrine by heart, yet don't know Christ nor have a loving rekationship with Him, then my knowledge profits me nothing. 

I'm fundamental when it comes sound biblical Christian doctrine that all Christians hold to.  That's why they're called fundamentals.  But there are a number of positions on textual criticism, and end times other than premillenial dispensationalism.

Regarding those varied positions, men of great faith in Jesus Christ have disagreed, yet they remain brothers in Christ despite their differing views on non-fundamental issues of eschatology. 

What is the purpose of your poll, if you don't mind saying?

To ask if other members of Worthy are fundamentalists. I am not here to judge anyone. I am not God and  that is not my roll as a born again sinner and a fundamentalist believer in Jesus Christ. Only God knows the heart.

I believe all five, but what is the source - who says belief in these things makes one a fundamentalist?

Okay, I hear you. So, what you're saying is that these points are your points, not any particular denomination's points, nor any particular congregation's points, they're your points, and your points alone. Do I have that right?
