I usually try to keep all the election hype/hoopla at arms length (several thousand miles away is even better!) but with all the division and drama sown over the last 4 years it was hard to do that. So I ignored the whole thing as much as possible and tried to find folks to vote for who at least seemed to track with a Biblical worldview. I don't hate politicians because I don't personally know any. Some of their policies are another matter, however. Now that its over all that stuff is done - and our lame stream media (aka propaganda ministry) is strangely silent for now.

Yep, that  is the ironic humor in it. I received no less than 15 e-mails a day from both BobbyJr. and The Donald.

Historically I have supported only Republican candidates, small potatoes dollar wise really but skin in the game.  I did get more personally involved with RFK Jr  campaign and signature gathering effort. Again pretty small potatoes, but it is enough  along with a far more substantial 2016 Trump fall campaign funding to have me down as a "mark" I suppose.

Why Bobby wants to go on a boat cruise with me, or is it me with him- LOL

And of course there is the opportunity offered all  to buy a two for one MAGA(Dark) hat. I still have two faded   but signed Glenn Beck "Rally for America" hats. Boy that was a while back! Drove from Florida to W. Virginia  to attend that one.-Wasn't worth it; but was funny to see Glenn parading through town in a folding lawn chair on top of a rented Winnebago.

Awesome worldwide reaction to  the Trump victory though! To now carry the Senate is terrific news for judgeship appointments and confirmations too. Good stuff.

We will see how long the boat floats at the House of Representatives before Florida Representative Matt Gaetz mistakes it for the Death Star and shoots holes into it.

Republicans make better back benchers than leading organizers. But there is always hope this time this time-

God's will wins out.

Another funny is that Pelosi and Sanders are bickering over the reason why the Dems lost so badly.  

An opinion piece said that the top 5 Dems to lead the party out of the wilderness are:  Schumer, Pelosi, Jeffries, Shapiro, and Newsom.   Really?

I've never gave a dime to any politician for election, they have almost turned it into a "who has the most money wins scenario" I do support financially those who get the word out on candidates voting history to insure an 'informed vote' might be cast.

I remember when it used to be when going to a restaurant we were ask if we wanted smoking or non smoking section. Then came the time when we were ask if we wanted the "Rush Room" or non.

The Rush Room was where the "ditto heads" gathered for lunch  to hear Rush Limbaugh's noon time till three piped in on speakers, The Rush Limbaugh Show, the highest rated talk show ever ( started in 88). Here in Texas, a Houston steak joint, he was piped in to diners on individual speakers at each table. Where we went to lunch in my town, beside the restaurant they had an old restored huge Greyhound bus converted to serve ditto heads lunch during the show. Lotta cheering listening to conservative callers talking to Rush, getting the word out on our 'leaders.'

Seemed people were a lot more hands on involved back then. Maybe just a memory.

Cool...never been to a ditto restaurant, but I did enjoy running out to my car on lunch break just to listen to Rush.  Then went to Hannity but he seems to have gone soft.  These days I mostly listen to Dan Bangino on Rumble.
