This entry from The Supplied Life is, I think, a deeper truth that we all should see.  And if we did, how liberating would it be!?

His Relationship with God--Is Our Relationship

"In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him." 1 John 4:9

To understand the Christian life properly, it is important to see that Christ is our relationship with everything. In Galatians 2:20, when the apostle Paul said, "It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me," he opened up a profound revelation concerning our life--Christ is now our relationship with all things. If Christ now lives in me, with the "I" crucified and no longer in the picture, then I do not have a separate, independent relationship with God. My relationship with God is Christ! In fact, one of the most refreshing things to my spirit is to declare that I do not have a relationship with God. I have declared it many times, and said out loud--"My relationship with God is Jesus Christ!" God has established one unique relationship, and that relationship is with His only begotten Son (John 1:14, 18; 3:16, 18). First John 4:9 says, "In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him." To identify the Son as the only begotten means that God has a relationship with only one Person. Then to directly relate the only begotten Son to us by saying, "that we might live through Him," reveals that His relationship with the Father has now become our relationship.

Jesus is both the Son of God and the Son of Man. As the Son of God, He is the One who has the relationship with God. As the Son of Man, He is the One who has the relationship with man. He is the representative man. Indeed, only one Man has a proper and approved relationship with God and man. That one Man is Jesus Christ. He represents the meaning of man. In Hebrews 2:6 the question is asked, "What is man?" The answer comes in verse 9: "We see Jesus." Jesus Christ is the one Man who has the one, unique relationship with God. Seek no further.

And are we then surprised to find the term "IN Christ" 77 times in the New Testament. The Father sees Christ and is satisfied. That is all we must know - that we are included.

Yes, repetition in scripture means a lot - He's trying to get something very important through our thick skulls!  When I read that I'm dead, it really means I am out of the way, so that now Christ can be my _____________  (fill in blank)!

I agree.  And of course in me being a different Child of God I will put the same Truth in my own Words also here. Where we both are Edified in the Same Truth.  And others with us.  Where a meeting in the Name of Jesus between 2 or 3 as he said becomes a Light in the world for Christian Growth.

We exists in Jesus.  He came as our Life from God who became our "Abba Father/Daddy" in Jesus.  Which we can only say in the Holy Spirit when we enter the Righteousness and Holiness in Jesus.  To be Living in Jesus is to be dead to self.  And that is our Perfect Saving Grace from our Dad.  We died!  But in Jesus we are raised out of the grave to Life now In His Life and Existence.  Of course this is a Revelation Process in Growing up in Jesus.  Where Jesus becomes the Word of the Creator which creates nothing less and nothing more in us.  But by bit manifesting the Fullness of the Life in Jesus in us.  Till we enter Adult Life through the Word of Jesus.

The Creator is YHWH.  Pronounced Jehovah/Yahweh/Yahuah.

Isaiah 43:  8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.  9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the peoples be assembled: who among them can declare this, and show us former things? let them bring their witnesses, that they may be justified; or let them hear, and say, It is truth.  10 Ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.  11 I, even I, am Jehovah; and besides me there is no saviour.  12 I have declared, and I have saved, and I have showed; and there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and I am God.  13 Yea, since the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who can hinder it? [ASV Translation which is one of many that preserved the actual Name of our Father here and didn't change it to something else.]

Jesus is The Word of Jehovah/Yahweh.  In which we are created to be His Son in the Name of Jesus.  To enjoy our Father in being His Son in Jesus.  Where we are One with Him as we saw in the Word of Jesus.  Where He raises us as His Kids in His Life.  As all fathers do.  And He raises us in the Name of Jesus.   Through the Living Word He Lived in Jesus to give us the Word of our Creation.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
