Rev 20,

First resurrection, 33 AD, Jesus and the OT saints.

Satan thrown down, on the day of Pentecost, 33 AD, when salvation came and the kingdom came, Rev 12:10.

Satan bound/chained to Rome, 33 AD, Rome chases Israel into the gentile nations but cannot follow. He cannot destroy Israel until Jerusalem is restored. Then Rome deceives the kings of the east and Magog to do it for him.

The saints that rule from heaven are from the 33 AD resurrection with Jesus, Eph 4:8.

The 33 AD resurrected saints rule the gospel kingdom that began on Pentecost.

They rule by the OT scriptures and the NT letters. The members of the gospel kingdom in the material follow, are ruled, by those writings.

After the symbolic 1000 yrs is over Rome returns to sit on the seat of the beast, the Vatican (1929).

After the Vatican is on the seat of the beast Rome, Jerusalem is restored. Then the dragon deceives Iran and it's allies Magog into surrounding Jerusalem restored, which is happening now.

Jesus comes for the gospel kingdom at the 2nd resurrection, which is very, very soon.

The fire from heaven, which is the stone striking in Dan 2:34.

both accounts have the same things written about Gog and Magog.

The Ezekiel Chapter 39 battle was fought "Long Ago" with "Wooden Weapons" bows, arrows, shields, spears, verse 23 shows Israel went into the Babylonian Captivity "Long Ago" its not a future battle as you suggest

23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.

There is nothing in the Bible or the historical record of any such war, with a 7 year clean up, having happened in the past. 

Verse 23 refers to Israels situation before this Prophesied battle.
