Did God create Adam & Eve being that there were already people on Earth?

I don't agree.  God's prohibition of incest didn't come until the Mosaic Law.  And there was no other way to expand the human race, since A & E were the first couple.  Everyone comes from that couple.

ANd Gen 3:16 prevents any claims of humans before A & E.

We receive a stone with a name no one knows but he who receives it ... when Adam called her woman (taken from a rib/becoming the door) he was issuing a precept that can be followed throughout scripture where a second man is peirced in the side ...

In the beginning means God SPOKE CREATION, and since this story is about Man' creation in juxtaposition to God, we ae told God created the Heaven and the Earth (like an Overview)

Then were are told from God's perspective (no one but God was there right? and the Holy Spirit & Yeshua) that the earth was without FORM & VOID meaning earth was not in existence yet even though God had spoken it into existence, God lives outside of time, we don't. Then God tells us there was DARKNESS ON THE FACE OF THE DEEP.

Well, well just look at the Microwave Probe results, it shows 400 million years of Darkness before the first starts were formed. They called it the Dark Ages !! Now look at how light was crated, there was an ACTION tat had to happen before Light could illuminate the earth, you see Sunbeams are straight light forms that need reflecting in order to illuminate fully. As soon as we leave our Atmosphere, notice it gets much, much darker !! But why? Because God MOVED on the Face of the Waters, He created a Bio-Dome fir us that entraps Moisture, thus the Sun can illuminate our planet and we can have crops etc. Then on Day 4 we got orderly weather patterns, the Moon crashed into the Earth giving us a Satellite to pull off of and thus ORDERLY WETHER PATTERNS.
