These are important monikers given to the people and to the city of Jerusalem. In much of this chapter, YHWH is talking TO Jerusalem and the Land of Israel. It's a prophecy about the LAND and the CITY! The people, in this instance, are secondary to the main thoughts!

Those godless peoples will be brought low, but My people’s strength will be in their God, they will march proudly in His name.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

All the Lord’s people, Christians who believe in Him and keep His Commandments, will enter the new country of Beulah, Isaiah 62:4, after this terrible worldwide judgement of fire. Revelation 7:9 They will join up with the Jewish remnant that will survive in Jerusalem. Zechariah 13:8-9, Isaiah 29:1-4 Those citizens of Beulah will receive the great blessings as promised to the Lord’s people and will live in the Land in peace and security until the time of the Anti Christ. One must understand that we experience CMSs ALL THE TIME! It's really a rather common occurrence:

Also, one must check the contexts of the verses one uses for support of a theory. History plays a significant role in the prophecies. While some prophecies are yet to be fulfilled, other prophecies were future at the time they were written, but are now IN THE PAST, having been already fulfilled! The ones in Amos 1 and 2 are already fulfilled! This was GOD'S retribution for the way that the surrounding nations treated the children of Israel when they were taken captive by Assyria and Babylon, later to be freed while under Cyrus the Great of Persia. God took it PERSONALLY when they mistreated those of His people who were left in the Land! He made sure that they received just compensation!

He will do that through His "Messenger," His Messiah, the "angel of the LORD!" While true believing Christians will be included, one must NOT forget that He will cleanse His OWN Land through His Messiah's power, and rescue His people, the ancestors of His Messiah, and their families:

So, Isaiah 12 takes place AFTER the Resurrection when ALL those who belong to the Messiah shall be Resurrected. (1 Corinthians 15:23).

Not, JUST "Christians who believe in Him and keep His Commandments, will enter the new country of Beulah!" And, the "Jewish remnant" was in the FIRST Century A.D. They are a much larger group today than they were back then, AND the Resurrection of His people (Ezekiel 37) will have happened by then, as well! It's not just a few Jews - a "Jewish remnant" - who will be there! The Anointed One of YHWH will have an INSTANT Kingdom of MILLIONS when He returns!

In 1 Corinthians 15, which is talking about the Resurrections, Paul said,

20 ... But now is Christ risen from the dead, [and] become the firstfruits (singular) of them that slept. 21 For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order:

(1) afterward THEY THAT ARE CHRIST'S AT HIS COMING. 
24 (2) Then [cometh] THE END, WHEN HE SHALL HAVE DELIVERED UP THE KINGDOM TO GOD, EVEN THE FATHER; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

25 For HE MUST REIGN, TILL HE HATH PUT ALL ENEMIES UNDER HIS FEET. 26 The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death. 27 For "he hath put all things under his feet." {But when he saith "all things are put under [him," it is] manifest that "he" is excepted, which did "put all things under him."} 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

 

This reflects the Messiah's parable of "the wheat and the tares":

Kosmos is defined as "an apt and harmonious arrangement or constitution, order, government."

This now gives us the definitions for the elements that may be replaced in the original parable:

It's important to understand that TWO Kingdoms are coming: First will be the Kingdom of the Son, the Messiah, and then will come the Kingdom of the Father, YHWH God! And, the transition will occur immediately after the Great White Throne's Judgment.

We're not told in either passage how long the Messiah's Kingdom will be, but John tells us it will be for a thousand years in Revelation 20:1-7. It will be based upon the 1,000-year chaining of haSatan in the bottomless pit, followed by the "little season" in which he will recruit his followers, as well as the FINAL battle in Revelation 20:7-10. Paul's words, "The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death," is found within Revelation 20:14, "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.".

Hopefully, one will take the TIME to read this entire post. It took me time to write it, and it weaves the passages of Scripture together correctly. Just enjoy it for the passages of Scripture, at least!

However I did read how you dismiss the idea of the Lord using a Coronal Mass Ejection to fulfil the many Prophesies about the Lords Day of fiery wrath. As such an event is the only way all the Prophesies about that terrible Day can be literally fulfilled, why you must reject it, is beyond me. 

Another event similar to the Carrington event, would very seriously affect all the world, but Joel 2:2b, says it will be; ....the like has never been known, nor will ever be again.  We ARE told to take shelter from the heat, storms, earth movement and the tsunamis. Isaiah 26:20-21

Again, the Carrington event, which happened in 1859, disrupted communications, but it did NOT "burn up the earth!" And, we get CMEs ALL THE TIME! They're what keep our magnetic field charged, and give us the aurora borealis and aurora australis, the latter which you may be able to see from New Zealand! It's not a bad thing; it's a GOOD THING that God has provided to keep our planet safe from the bombardment of cosmic rays! In other words, GOD PLANNED THEM! These "burps" from the sun are how God provided this protection!

No, I don't think this is how God will "bring fire down from above." He told us in Revelation 6:12-14 (the sixth seal) and Revelation 8:1-9:12 (the first five air-raid sirens or "trumpet soundings") that they will come from meteorites and friction in the atmosphere. They were "stars that fell unto the earth," which we call meteorites - meteors that strike the earth. Some, such as "Ἄψινθος" or "Apsinthos" ("wormwood" or "absinthe"), will sputter, breaking up in the atmosphere, and poison the freshwater sources, but most actually STRIKE the earth or the seas!

I've always enjoyed comic books as a kid, and so, I also enjoy movies and television series that are about those characters. My favorite has always been Superman (whom I believe was patterned after the Messiah Yeeshuwa`). The Smallville series always opens with scenes from the first episode which shows the destruction from the meteorite shower that accompanied his arrival to earth.

The special effects are good, but John wrote of more things they missed in the series, such as "Wormwood" and one striking the sea and killing the sea creatures and ships in the sea and one striking the right spot (the "Key") to open a deep pit in the earth, bringing up creatures that had been trapped in the aftermath of the Flood, which he called "locusts."

I wanna say “you can’t make this stuff up,” but the opposite is true in this case. 
 

Interpreting a book of symbols literally will always make a mockery of the prophecy. 

Celestial and terrestrial events in prophecy signify things other than literal celestial and terrestrial events, such as political and/or religious upheaval, rising to power, losing power and authority, etc. 

As far as your assumption about what the locusts represent, you have no biblical warrant to connect Genesis 6 with Jude and 2 Peter 2.

Again, the Carrington event, which happened in 1859, disrupted communications, but it did NOT "burn up the earth!"

No; and neither will the one the Lord will send on His Day of vengeance and wrath. The total burning up of the earth does not happen until after the Millennium. 

Th CME of unprecedented magnitude is the only event which will literally fulfil all the graphically stated Prophesies about that Day.  A comet or an asteroid shower simply does not do it. 

You seem very confused about the sequence of events; that is the 7 Seals, 7 Trumpets and the 7 Bowls, culminating at the 7th Bowl = Armageddon and the glorious Return.
