As much as I want to stay in the light, he darkness still overwhelms me. Gerioke, He loves you even in your weakness. And He rejoices in your smallest victory over the darkness. You are never out of His tender gaze. Psalm 139 I thought of Psalm 139, too. Though I make my bed in Sheol, even then you are there.... Darkness is as light before You.... The Lord sees you as you are, yet He loves you anyway. It doesn't mean He won't discipline you to try to break your rebellion. But He sees more of the real you than you see.
