Why isn't God blessing the situation in Iraq? What is causing his absence over there?

Seems we started out with Gods blessing, and then lost it. Theres a reason for that.

I think having to stay steeped in politics would be corrupt business, theres probably things going on that we never dreamed of, beisides Israel. (although thats enough)

We kind of figure that is going to happen. We sold our house, paid off both of our cars, and we are completely debt free. So, we owe nothing to no one. So, I don't think we can go bankrupt.

Me, too! That is why we got out of debt. Added to what he said, I believe that we are going to see the likes of New Orleans after Katrina hit, only nation and/or world-wide. This will prepare the way for the antichrist, because the world will be looking for a "savior." They will be looking for someone to "rescue" them. I don't know the extent of the damage, but I think we will see Ezekiel 38 & 39 very soon, only not just in Israel. We are clumped together with Israel, for one, Iran has promised to take us out first, number two, the USA has not protected Israel nor its own people like they promised, number three and God has given me a heads-up on this since November of 2004, number four. I believe God.

Many, many things point to the month of March of this year for us to be attacked again. I would recommend that everyone make this a matter of serious prayer, asking the Lord to show you what to do to get ready.

CFS: I have. Spiritually I have. I've made it a point to get up early, spend the first half of the day in the bible and in prayer and the end of the day, likewise.

I don't waste much time any more.....I'm focused. I feel the Lord's been blessing me with His peace and healed my soul from fears and doubts...but I feel intensely aware of my surroundings.

Those who sleep, sleep at night and those who get drunk, get drunk at night.....We are not of the night or the darkness but are sons of the day.

We're to be awake and self-controlled...so that "day" (day of Judgement) shall not overtake us or suprise us like a thief.

Tax cuts are vital for economic stimulation and have long lasting economic benefits including the result of the government bringing in more revenue than it would have had the Tax Cuts not happened.

No. I'm not buying it. Not any more. Nope..... NO MORE. Look, if I have LESS income coming in, I don't go out and create NEW debt (i.e. war expenditures, Katrina, et al).

We've already spent an arm and a leg on a war that's resulting only in the inevitable civil war that it's becoming. It's not working!

We're so indebt due to national disasters, we're without honor. We can't pay our bills...We have become a borrower nation. The borrower is servant to the lender. We can't pay our debts anymore.

If you can't pay your debts, you get a second job....not quit the one you have.

We NEED the income from taxes just to pay the inordinate debts we have. You do the BIBLICAL model of paying your debts first, THEN you can afford to take time off .

We can't afford to cut back revenues. No chance. I'm not buying all this nonsense anymore. We've been lied to. I've stood faithfully like a fool by the Republican party and their politics, only to watch Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton pal around on the golf course.

Don't you get it? They're making fools of all of us and laughing all the way to the bank.

What happens is When Taxes are high people who have to pay them as well as the businesses that have to pay them send their money over seas in investment that benifit other countries and hids the money from uncle sam as a result less income is open to taxation. Business also pass off the high taxes that they have to pay to the consumers as well as laying off employees. The laying off of employees takes more money away from the available tax pool. When the cost of American goods rise because of the businesses passing the costs to us we look at buying foreign goods over american goods resulting in more layoffs and companies going under thus taking more money from the tax pool.

When those who pay taxes have their burden lessened businesses start to invest in their infrastructure even expanding which creates more jobs. The cost of goods also goes down because there is less of a tax burden to pass off on the consumer thus making the option to buy American goods over foreign goods more feesable resulting in companies needing to produce more goods to fill the demand which results in more jobs and a greater tax pool to draw from. Also because there is more consumer spending the government intities that draw their funds from sales tax (local and state) also see an increase in the treasury.

What number is greater 20% of 100 or 10% of 300? Its the same principle.

I agree with you about GHW Bush and Clinton hanging out it doesnt make any since. Clinton takes every chance he can get to bash GW Bush and GW Praises Clinton every chance he gets. GW is also blowing it on Immagration and this Ports deal is a disaster. He also blowing it with his Supreme Court nominations (so many more proven conservatives he could have chosen) and he is picking and choosing his battles with the Dems very poorly not to mention he is catering to them way too much. Also why is it ok for us to attack Iraq in the name of our security and it isnt ok for Israel to defend themselves from constant Terrorist attacks? I really have a problem with that double standard.

Not to mention the illegals coming to the U.S. and taking jobs. I live in KY and a major coal company here has recently announced it's plan to start hiring illegals. Yes, it seems to be perfectly legal to do that. This company is saying the residents of Pike County, where there are lots of mines, are all druggies and the company needs a reliable workforce. This is bull, of course. The truth is coalminers average $50k annually, so if they get rid of a couple of thousand employees, replacing them with illegal Mexicans making $7/hr cash, look at the money this corporation will save in wages, FICA taxes, unemployment taxes, workers comp, emp. benefits, etc.

The illegals won't be paying a penny in taxes, they'll be living on the poverty level, drawing public assistance for the families they start the second they come here, and declaring what a wonderful country this is. And the newly unemployed coalminers will be in the unemployment lines, signing up for food stamps. There will be no taxpayers to take their places.

How long can this go on? This state has been half taken over by this way of doing business. The horse farms all hire illegals. I, myself, hired a roofing business to replace a roof on a business building we own near the Lexington area, only to find out the day the job was finished that the entire roofing crew, other than the boss we dealt with, were illegals. I would have never hired him had I known, and yes, I should have found out first. It just didn't dawn on me that the problem had infiltrated the small business owners to that extent. (My brother was furious with the owner and didn't hesitate to tell him about it too.)

Don't get me wrong. I am not prejudice. I have nothing against a Mexican coming here for a better life, but go thru the proper channels and become a legal citizen! Most don't want citizenship. They just want the cash and the benefits the states freely hand out.

I also sell Longaberger, which is a company that's always been really big on being an "American Company" built from nothing, yadayadayada. A few months ago, the President of the company announced that all the pottery products were now being outsourced to another country, thus many Longaberger employees lost their jobs. It makes me ill. My heart is not with the company anymore and to tell the truth, I barely fool with selling it now.

It's greed. People can't be satisfied with being comfortable. These big execs all have to be Donald Trump rich, even if they're ruining their own country. It's sad.

Our problems are spiritual, thats why we see all this happening. A humanistic decieving spirit has infiltrated the places God once held. I've noticed it in the way the political figures pray.

They are praying by a "different spirit" to an all inclusive god who is going to save the whole world.

It won't fly in the face of God.
