When I first started posting here regularly, it was so nice, and much more friendly than other boards I've been to. I asked all kinds of questions, and instead of getting blasted or ridiculed, I'd usually get some pretty good replies and help, and still do. I appreciate that a whole lot, and it means a lot to me.

With all that's been going on lately, it almost feels like something has broken loose here. I don't know why, or what, or if it'll keep on or anything. I just wanted to say that I'm probably going to back off for a while, and try not to post (that may be hard to do..). Maybe it'll get better, or maybe it's just me. I wouldn't doubt that at all, but all the contrary posts really bother me, and leave a bad feeling after reading or responding, so I'll back off for now. I've already done that some, but probably not enough.

This is a great board, with a lot of wonderful folks, and I wouldn't want to do anything to cause a problem by responding to some of the things that have been being put on here lately. Hang in there, and I'll probably talk at ya'll later on.

Calamity, yes, this is a great board, the best one I have been to thus far. How

ever, all sorts of, how should I put it, judgmental people, have been arriving

here, and quickly for that matter. They're a dime a dozen, and maybe more

now. This is how forums.christiansunite got lost in the land of savage wolves, and thusly, it has been overexposed to and infiltrated by all sorts of people ( homosexuals, atheists, false prophets, etc.)

Calamity, I hope these boards get back to what they were like before - peaceful, and a great place to study the Bible and to glorify the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

PS: I hope we do got back to what we were.

Calamity, I apologize and ask your forgiveness if I have in any way offended you. That is certainly not my intent. Like you, I love this place. There has been contention here lately and more than a couple of people have talked to me about it. I for one am glad that you started this thread. Perhaps it is time for all of us (myself included) to spend some time in the word and in prayer. This ministry is doing good work. Maybe it's under attack. Certainly it has been "unusual" for a while.

Calmity and Crusader,

I have been noticing this also. It's almost as if Worthy were being promoted on a couple of other boards on the internet.

Be that as it may, I think that the Lord will sift out the wheat from the chaff (sic). I am committed to moderating a board that is safe and condusive to life-flowing fellowship in the Body of Christ. Like you said, C4C these guys are a dime a dozen. I think that patience is the answer...

It seemed to happen around June. Then got worse and worse.

That's why I suggested the Advanced Board...a quiet place for anyone who's a regular.

I know that when I needed godly advice ...I felt safe going there. I couldn't handle someone I didn't know at all popping in and getting nasty.

BTW, I thank all of you for your prayers and jewels of wisdom...many of you all have been such a sweet blessing to me...

AND some new members, like Sagz and Hazel have been a dear blessing to me already.

I guess I have trouble with a total stranger who pops in and begins to come on too strong, having never made even a proper introduction.

Calam, YOU have been a blessing to me also...and if you feel you need a break from the boards right now, then maybe you can PM your online friends at least. There's at least privacy in that...

Ithink I need to take this time to apologize officially to everyone on this board. I came in and (unintentionally) found myself in the middle of some heated debates. I posted a few times out of...not really anger, but annoyance and in my mind I was thinking..."I'll set these Christians straight!" Not knowing that God was doing a work in me. I need to say that I have made an honest effort to apologize when I am in the wrong and for the most part, I feel it has been accepted, but I need to apologize to everyone that has happened upon my seething posts.

I have mellowed out now and intend to do my part to build up the body. I told godrulz that I am not a very lerned man and sometimes I may not make any sense, but I post from my heart and have a hard time getting my point across.

Please bear with me as I continue to grow and learn what it means to edify and not destroy.....and hopefully, one day....I will have something "worthy" to contribute!

To Cats.......:blink::rofl: .................. thank you for the compliment! Again you humble me....

sagz, I enjoy your posts. And, no one needs to apologize towards me. I probably get a little cranky at times, and that's why I was going to back off. And will do my best to back off if I can't post replies in a gentle manner.

Some of the things have been really hard to take, sitting still (Satan = Adam, serpent seed, Satan, Jesus brothers, etc.), but I'm going to do my best to reply when I'm composed and not upset.

I think it's a good thing to sometimes let it all hang out! We aren't perfect and we are striving to be the BEST we can BE! In order to move forward sometimes we need to recognize where everyone is standing and what's the problems involved. From that vantage point, then move forward. I just posted a long thread, which I believe is insightful to the recent situation on the boards. My observations under the What's happening in Worthy Ministries thread.

Your brother in Messiah with much agape love,

George

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
