I'll just ask you point-blank and hope for a point-blank answer (It's easier for me to understand since I've gotten so stupid over the years from ingesting too much fluoride.) : Is it your intent to simply inform other believrs about a healthy diet, or is it your intent to condemn other believers for not following a kosher or vegetarian diet?

In my opinion - honestly - the original article which you posted has a decided tone toward condemning those who eat pork.

the article i posted had good info in it. i really did think that i was dealing with stable enough people to be able to handle any extraneous info or obvious bias contained therein. for heavens sake, the truth came out of baalams ass! it can come from anywhere. the idea is to recognize the truth when you hear it.

the only thing i have commanded is to think. the only thing i have condemned it NOT thinking. and even these are suggestions and inferences. you people are so used to being told what to think and what you can do and not do, you wouldnt know the truth if it crawled up your pant leg.

stay away from fluoride, lead and mercury and eat tons of fresh raw cilantro with lots of distilled water. the fog will eventually lift. it did for me.

As far as circumcision goes, well I totally disagree. Male circumcision is cleaner, men who are circumcised have a lower chance of contracting or spreading STD's(not that that would be an issue for a Christian), and there is evidence that they may have lower rates of some cancers. Also if you have ever been in a locker room with boys who are not circumcised, well let me say, your sons will thank you. But of course this is a personal decision and once again has NOTHING to do with our faith or salvation.

i dont know where you have been, but the only sentence in that whole paragraph that comes close to the truth is the last one.

the rest of it is a product of what you have been told and the effect those lies have had on your mind in your vain imaginings. i hope you dont speak anywhere on this subject.

Sorry, you are simply wrong. Do some checking about the health benefits of male circumcision. There is no reason for me to speak on it, as most of the recent scientific studies have shown what I have said to be accurate. It is certainly debated and something which is left up to the parents, but there are documented benefits to the practice.

Check out the position of the American Academy of Pediatrics. They list both the problems AND benefits of male circumcision.

But for the others,

Americans are out of shape, fat and more unhealthy than most of the rest of the industrialized world. We eat too much fat, too much meat, too much fast food, and too much fried food and yes far far too much bacon, and we simply eat too much quantity. It is not brain surgery, travel abroad, and then look around, you can tell the American tourists, by their waist size. Sure all food is spiritually clean, but that does not mean I am going to eat garbage, which is also spiritually clean. I do think the bible calls us to keep our bodies healthy along with our minds.

If avoiding bacon helps us get in better shape, why is that a bad thing?

yes, well, according to your sources i am sure i am wrong. i put no stock in any established group, especially the AMA(american murder association) and the FDA(federal death administraion) and the EPA(environmental poisoning agency), but i know of no mainstream groups that are any better.

the body is like any machine - garbage in, garbage out. i am shocked no one has thrown out the old standby for smokers and drinkers -
