Can you imagine if the situation had been reversed? What if a group of Jews or Christians had launched a rally in San Fransisco declaring that "Muslims/Arabs are our dogs?" Can you imagine the outrage? Yet this rally is not covered by ONE mainstream media outlet, not CNN, not MSNBC, not ABC, CBS or anyone. The fallout of a Jews or Christians making such blatant hateful remarks about Arabs or Muslims would be deafening. It would roundly condemned in every media outlet both on TV and in print. Our politicians would condemn such egregious displays of hate agianst "peaceful Muslims." Yet this somehow, was not deemed newsworthy by the mainstream media.

Shiloh, anti-semitism is so much on the rise its scary. I seriously am thinking that Jewish people are not safe anywhere in this world except for in Israel. Doesn't scripture talk about another "exodus" greater than the first one?

I read somewhere recently where Jewish people in Europe were buying houses in Israel, site unseen thru real estate companies in Israel because they see whats coming and they are going to leave and return to Israel. Do you possibly see this might happen also with American Jewish citizens?

It has been said by Nasrallah and other terrorist leaders, that they support Jewish immigration to Israel. It saves them the trouble of having to travel abroad to kill the Jews. Make no mistake, their plans are to annihilate Israel and the remaining Jews worldwide.

So Shiloh what do we do when things like this are ignored or glossed over??? What can we do to let our outrage be known???

The best thing to do is to write the various media outlets and ask them why they are not covering this story? Ask them why if someone even looks at a Muslim the wrong way, it is considered news, but the Muslims can hold anti-Semitic rallies and they are simply ignored.

The media perpetuates the myth that Islam is a peaceful religion. When an Israeli soldier crosses the line and commits a human rights violation, it is seen as an extension of Israeli "policy." No effort is made to communicate the fact that he was arrested and tried and sent to prison. No mention is made of the all the Israelis in prison due to crimes against the Palestinians. It is just portrayed as typical Israeli hatred for the Palestinians.

However, when atrocities are committed by Arabs, great pains are taken to force us to believe that such actions do not represent Islam. When terrorists kill Israelis in supermarkets and are killed by Israeli soldiers, all the media reports is that "X" number of "Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces. The fact that they were terrorists usually gets left out of the AP recollection of the facts. Either that, or they are called "armed men," "armed groups," "militants," "gunmen," but every attempt is made to NOT label them as "terrorists." As long as they are killing Jews they are freedom fighters or they are "resisting."

They probably don't want to cover stories that undermine the "Islam is peaceful" nonsense.

Just write to the media outlets and ask them why they are not covering the issue fairly. Let them know you expect more fair coverage.

Its not about money. I don't think EVERYTHING the media does comes down to money. The media has NEVER been friendly to Israel. The media as always taken the anti-Israel stance. The media never gives Israel equal air time, and consistently misconstrues the conflict between Islam and Israel.

When the West loses its historical illiteracy and holds the media accountable for its faulty, prejudiced reporting on the Arab war against Israel's existence, it will push them to start telling the truth.

Yes, the Bible does talk about an exodus that will eclipse the exodus from Egypt. There will a day when they will no longer "blessed be the Lord who brought Israel from Egypt." Rather they will say "blessed be the Lord who brought Israel out of the nations," according to the prophets.

Fortunately, it has not been all that bad for Jews in the US, but the time may come when even Jews in the US may feel the need to leave and return to Israel. That is not to say that Israel's future is all that bright. The whole world will eventually turn against Israel.

Shilo, I don't think we'll be around long enough for that to happen unless it happens pretty quickly. Things are getting crazy throughout the whole world and this nation is on the brink of coming apart at the seams from it's lack of just about everything that keeps a people together......
