We humans want to measure everything and I for one I'm sure at times without even realizing, I do it with my own sin. But as I see everyone seems to agree that sin is sin and one thing I haven't seen is that sin is not against ourselves it is all against our Father :24: That is why Jesus went to the cross so that grace can save us from our sins. We live under grace and without it we would be dead men walking. Under the law we see the reality of sin, they were killed for their sin, before grace was given. So let us remember the cross and what our Saviour did so we do not have to be killed but be redeemed in spite of ourselves

I praise Him for the work of the cross. I just got so filled with the thought of what He really did for ME!!!!! My how much HE actually loves us is beyond words.

Let us praise Him and give thanks daily for we are to humble ourselves in His presence and I feel his presence now which is for me so humbling.

Love you all in Jesus :24:

People do not advertise the fact that they are proud of the fact they are committing adultry - they are not proud of their sins, there is no adultry pride walk , no government wants to legalise adultry but there are moves to legalise homosexualty, there are gay pride walks and marches. That is why coventional society frowns upon homosexualty because even though biblically it is incorrect they try to be accepted. Yes we need to love them but No we will not love their sin as they love their sin. Generally they are proud of their sin.

I can see your point here, yet I have to point out that this is a HUGE generalization. I KNOW there are many homosexuals who know what they're doing is wrong...and would not at any time advertise their sins. So, in effect your comment doesn't really have a backbone. This is just my opinion, not meaning to offend.

First of all, the idea of "love the sinner, hate the sin" is NOT a misconception at all. It is truth, and, as much as we would not like to think that way all the time, it is how God thinks. Yes, He does love Satan. No matter what we do (anyone!!), God always loves us, and ALWAYS offers a way home to Him. As long as we still hold a single breath in our lungs, it is never too late to come back to the Lord. And yes, there will be sinners in heaven. No there will not be sin, but there will be sinners (every human being that has ever lived has been a sinner). God does not deny access to His kingdom because we have sinned, it is due ONLY to not having our sin paid for - through the gift of payment that Jesus' blood has given us. If we don't accept that gift by simply accepting Christ as our Lord and Saviour, then our sin has not been paid for.

Second point (with reagrds to Sierra), if these homosexuals KNOW they are doing wrong, even if they don't advertise their homosexuality, does it not still indicate that they are proud of their sin? Fine, they don't advertise it, but they know it's wrong, so they seem to be saying that they know better than God. Just my opinion.

I agree with the folks that don't feel that one sin is any more grave than another. They are ALL equal, because they are all sins against God. In man's eyes, yes we do like to make comparisons...I might say I'm better than my neighbour because my lie is nothing like his adulterous affairs. But God does not compare me to my neighbour, He compares me to what He knows I am capable of. And He does not compare my sin to my neighbour's sin; He holds my sin up to His standards (which are perfect), so I fall short of His glory as much as anyone else does.

Homosexuals are not greater sinners than adulterers, and vice versa. And I don't really believe that society has ever made it out that way. I think it is the individuals themselves that have made their adultery seem less severe, by rationalizing it away. They say that they are unhappy in their marriage, and God surely wants them to be happy; therefore, God will surely forget about the divorce in lieu of happiness for His child.

I do believe that God is willing to forgive these (and ALL) sins, but I also believe He expects us to right the wrong as well. I think an adulterous affair can be forgotten (God has promised to "forget" our sins when we plunge ourselves beneath the blood of Christ), but He wants it to STOP there. We cannot CONTINUE to sin in this way.

The commandments (rules) we must follow come down to just two...honouring God and honouring each other. Why is that? Because ALL other sins are included in there already. If we honour God and each other, we would not murder, we would not steal, we would not bear false witness, we would not commit adultery, etc.

A continuation of that homosexual lifestyle or adulterous lifestyle is not honouring God. You are forgiven, but....CEASE IMMEDIATELY!! To continue is to spit in the Lord's face, and to tell Him, "I know what's best for me, not You.

One last point...I did mention that all of ours sins can be forgiven. But that is not altogether true. The one and only thing that we can do that cannot be forgiven is to deny the Lord and the Holy Spirit. If we deny Him, He will deny us.

God bless,

Randy-man

Greetings,

The misconception that Elohim hates the sin but loves the sinner keeps popping up.

Does this mean that hell shall be full of sin and heaven full of sinners? Does it mean that Elohim loves Diabolos but just hates His sin?

The reality that at one time I dwelt in darkness and under wrath is as real as yesterday was Wednesday, I remember the wrath and give thanks for the grace.

Grace & truth, H.

Thanks Truster, makes since. Thanks for PM

Well, on the topic of sinners in heaven... no there will not be. Rather, there will be past sinners in heaven. We will be made pure before we enter heaven. I am not sure how this will come about, mostly likely instantaneously when we die we will be freed from our sins.

I believe that God does not love Satan. Satan is evil incarnate, the exact opposite of God. I also am not sure on whether or not God loves those in hell, I believe they are considered lost at that point.

There is a difference in sin though... Sinning against others, and Sinning against self.

When you take part in sexual sins, you defile yourself and sin against yourself. When you take part in any other sin, you sin against another.

When we sin...we sin against God.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
