What you're doing with that question (and it's actually not a question...more of a statement...as seen by the lack of question mark at the end of it) is assuming that three persons necessarily equals three gods...and you don't give a reason why that should be assumed.

Three persons who are each FULLY AND EQUALLY GOD. I'm understanding what trinitarians say. Each person is god - three persons - three gods.

If that's what you think Trinitarians are saying, then I'm sorry, you actually AREN'T understanding what Trinitarians say. God--that is ONE GOD--manifest Himself (still singular) in Three...Tri-Unity. God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit....the same thing, different manifestations.

So then, at the baptism scene, who was the one God and father of all, in all and through all?

You're still assuming that only one manifestation of God could be God...but as I've been saying, that's only true if God is limited by space and time, which He isn't.

But I do believe he is Lord, I do not believe that he is God. There is a difference.

You cannot believe He is Lord without first knowing Him as God. It is impossible. You are only spouting empty words.

Well, if you believe that the Messiah is the one who would fulfill the prophecies, then Jesus couldn't possibly be the Lord or the Messiah without being God because He wouldn't be fulfilling a key point of prophecy:
