Most grounded believers with even the slightest discernment perceive danger in Mr. Hinn's continual pleas for cash.

If you want to cry foul and quote scripture,it works BOTH ways. You're doling out attacks against godly men, while accusing others of the same.

You're a paragon of virtue, Sir.

Then well done Cats and Lady C. It's a valid Bible verse that should not be ignored.

According to Hannegraf's website article, he doesn't believe KJV is wrong, (now that would be just plain silly) he believes it is not the only correct one. Sorry, my copy and paste isn't working but if you go to equip.org and type 'king james Bible' into the search engine the first article you come to will explain his opinion.

Gary has the philosophy of WOF down to a science I think. It is truly sad that people don't realize THEY can go to God through Christ Jesus and receive what He has for them and that they DON'T need a Hinn or Duplantis to "sow" their "seed" for them in order for them to receive God's blessings. If there are different levels of Hell, I think the hottest part is reserved for people like Hinn and others who fleece the flock.

What will end times false prophets be like?

How will they have the ability to decieve many? Well, television certainly is the perfect medium for this, isn't it?

Will they be funny or seem loving? Why wouldn't they? Humor is something we warm up to, so if they're funny, cute, smiley and warm all the better.

Will they quote scripture? You bet. Who of the elect would follow a false prophet who didn't even quote scripture?

Will they contort scripture to make their points? Of course. Even the KKK quote scripture, but when they do it's obvious. When a false prophet does it, many don't want to see it.

Will they make false prophesies? Will they say that things are going to come true and then they don't? Yes!!! This is the most important Biblical test and Benny Hinn has failed several times!!!

What does it take for some people not to see the obvious? I don't get it!!!!!!

-2 John 9-11, "Whosoever goeth onward and abideth not in the teaching of Christ, hath not God: he that abideth in the teaching, the same hath both the Father and the Son.  If any one cometh unto you, and bringeth not this teaching, receive him not into your house, and give him no greeting: for he that giveth him greeting partaketh in his evil works."  Yes, he was then plainly asked how he could receive one who did not bring the teaching of Christ, since the scripture says to "receive him not" and to "give him no greeting" (bid him Godspeed).  He replied that he would receive him for the Truth which he preached, but not for the error which he preached. So his contention was that this person who taught and practiced error could preach where he was a member just as long as he didn't preach his error, and he could be fellowshipped because he was teaching only the Truth on that occasion.

Okay If you are going to say that I am coming against men of God show me the posts. I don't come against persons I come against their doctrines that are not Biblical. These doctrines are in most of the churches and ministries everywhere not just on the television. And just like in the churches there is truth, and True circumcised Jew/Christians, there are also the confessing Christians, the same is true in all ministries whether in television or anywhere. We are not called to judge individuals we are called to test the doctrines they teach, and the fruits of their ministry. Just like in the parable of the wheat, and tares you can find both in all these places.

Again back to Mr Hinn, what turns you off, is it his Armani suit? his hand made Italian shoes? his assets? the selling of the tapes? The asking for donations? Is it the MONEY?

I'm afraid it is.

I'm afraid your crass generalization misses the mark, Marc.

In some of these posts, the heresy taught by Mr Hinn was either linked to or quoted. Money has nothing to do with it in my case...it's his blatent disregard for scriptural truth in the guise of "the anointing" that has misled millions of people. And with so many folks who are not grounded in the Word, they follow around after this thinking it's the real deal when sadly it's not.

I could really care less how much money he has. My concern is for the souls that may end up in hell because he has misled them so far off the path.
