The Jewish are YHVH'S people whether they believe in Yeshua or not.

So do you believe they will go to heaven if they don't believe in Yeshua?

Your brother in Messiah with much agape love,

George

Why have the Jews been so terribly persecuted all of this time? For missing the visitation of their Messiah!? For their unbelief!? I believe all unbelievers will not see heaven.

However God NEVER backs out on His Promises! :b:

Zechariah 8:23

Thus says the Lord of Hosts; In those days ten men from every language of the nations shall grasp the sleeve of a JEWISH MAN, saying, Let us go with you, for we have heard God is with you.

The greatest men who have ever walked the earth, were Jewish! In part it is a no small wonder why the world hates the Jews! :P

The Jews(Israel), are God's chosen people, how can a person say he loves God ,yet

hate the Jew in his heart??

Greetings Tyler,

Do you know George? He is our moderator right now serving as evangelist IN ISRAEL, because of his love for the Jews. He asked a very appropriate question. Do you consider yourself to be one of the "people of God"? Do you consider yourself one of the chosen - one of the "elect"? Whether Jew or Gentile, God loves those who love His Son - PERIOD! Those who know not the Son, do NOT know the Father either. Salvation is in none other than Jesus Christ. And the "people of God" are the ones who follow His Son."

The Jewish people are still God's people in the sense that they are still the chosen people.

"Chosen" does not mean "favorite." God still has a purpose for them to fulfill and they will fulfill it before the end. God does not fail, and his calling upon the Jewish people will be realized when all is said and done.

Non-Jewish believers tend to get defensive when the "chosen" issue comes up, because they do not know what "chosen" really means. It simply refers to being picked out for a particular task. It does not mean that Jews are better than anyone else, or more holy, or more favored or more loved or anything else of similar ilk. Jews and Gentiles stand as equals before God, but are in different categories of observance. They are different, but one is not better than the other.

Don't you parents choose between your children to perform certain tasks around the house? One may be sent to mow the yard, one may sent to dust and vacuum, one may be sent to wash the dishes, each is chosen to do a partiular task, but all will be reward in accordance to his task and the manner in which it was completed.

Of course Jewish people will go to Hell if they reject Yeshua. That should go without saying.

Grace and Peace in Christ Jesus,

I believe they missed my point too.

The Jewish are YHVH'S people whether they believe in Yeshua or

not.

Snowdoove???

I believe you have stated here that the Jews don't have to believe on Messiah to enter heaven.

I would concur we are all G-ds children Jew and Gentile alike. Created children of G-d.

Only difference being some are children of the blessing others children of the curse.

Some children of the flesh others children of the Spirit.

Some children of the Faith some children of the world or mans attempt at G-d (Religion).

Big difference either way you look at it.

There is only one way to be acceptable to the Father. Thru Christ Jesus! Jew or Gentile.

Temporary blessing or eternal? Isaac or Ishmael, Jacob or Esau? David or Saul? A man with a heart after G-d or one with one after himself.

The eyes of the Lord roam the earth looking for a heart fully committed to Him.

did Luke not see this before posting;

All she is saying is the they are STILL the Chosen People.....which is not the same as saying they are the ONLY people chosen. Why is that a complicated statement?

Greetings Shiloh,

The Jewish people are still God's people in the sense that they are still the chosen people.

"Chosen" does not mean "favorite."

I beg to disagree with you Shiloh. There ARE Greek words (interprted chosen) that pertain to just what you are saying, but when regards are given to "favorite" or "salvation", these are the words used:

ELECT

1588 eklektos {ek-lek-tos'}

from 1586; TDNT - 4:181,505; adj

AV - elect 16, chosen 7; 23

1) picked out, chosen

1a) chosen by God,

1a1) to obtain salvation through Christ

1a1a) Christians are called "chosen or elect" of God

1a2) the Messiah in called "elect", as appointed by God to the

most exalted office conceivable

1a3) choice, select, i.e. the best of its kind or class,

excellence preeminent: applied to certain individual

Christians

CHOSEN

1586 eklegomai {ek-leg'-om-ahee}

middle voice from 1537 and 3004 (in its primary sense);

TDNT - 4:144,505; v

AV - choose 19, choose out 1, make choice 1; 21

1) to pick out, choose, to pick or choose out for one's self

1a) choosing one out of many, i.e. Jesus choosing his disciples

1b) choosing one for an office

1c) of God choosing whom he judged fit to receive his favours

and separated from the rest of mankind to be peculiarly his

own and to be attended continually by his gracious oversight

1c1) i.e. the Israelites

1d) of God the Father choosing Christians, as those whom he

set apart from the irreligious multitude as dear unto

himself, and whom he has rendered, through faith in Christ,

citizens in the Messianic kingdom: (James 2:5) so that the

ground of the choice lies in Christ and his merits only

I think you know that I know that God has 'CHOSEN' Israel for a particular purpose from history past to the very end, but ONLY those who acknowledge and receive Christ as their Savior are THE ELECT or THE CHOSEN or THE ETERNALLY SAVED.

Blessings,

Dad Ernie

None of which you would not have received if it weren't for the Jewish people! :D

I love the Jewish people because of the Patriarchs, and for the role they are playing in God's plan! Where would we be without the Jews?? :D

P.S. God isn't called the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob for nuthin! :)

Greetings Yod,

I think we've gone through that before. We are ONLY "drawn nigh" to Israel in Christ. WE DO NOT BECOME A PART OF ISRAEL EITHER PHYSICAL OR SPIRITUAL.

Blessings,

Dad Ernie

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
