high and thanks and yes i can also respect and understand wear you are comming from as this also gets on my skin our church hear has taken on sevral people with mental ilness to wear they wear told by another church that they wear not welcome this realy got me up set yet our church has also done what you stated with much support being a mixed group of people wear my pastor is of aborigonal decent we followd the principals from christians in recovry program and it has worked wel yet my pastor was told by others that it wil fall and it wil fail

what puzzles me our church seems to get those that have been hurt in other churches we are know reaching out to the local bike groups around our area and its been an eye opener to hear and see what these guys have to say about church

we did a survey and most said they wil come to a church if the church was not criticle to the way they dress or what they hold on to as these men and women are just like my self and you and most said not one person in the church community in our town has tried to reach out to them

so i do know understand wear you are comming from and our pastor says the same thing but he states this is not a bless me club our pastor use to be main manager for mental health and he is a wise man with much gifts and a big heart for god

i have been doing prison ministry for a while know and i enjoy it as these guys even though they are in mates they are humen yet society ignores these people thinking that they are no good and can not be rehabilitated

when I pray for somebody, to recieve Jesus as their savior, I always say "Now you are apart of the biggest family in the world" Now could you imagine the horror of the bride if someone came and said "so and so is a fluzy, and your father in law, well......... your mother in law hates women and will think you are a whore for the rest of your life. I know all the families secrets, and believe me it is not pretty, but come on in anyway!"

Yes Jesus even confronted the churches in Revelations. But he always added "But to he who overcomes" We have to overcome the attack of the devil to give up on the church, and we have to be the light to the world. I wasn't a part of my church at the time, but when my pastor first became the Pastor at my church, it was totally white. He could tell that there was deep seeded prejudiced in the congregation, and he started to pray. then the Lord gave him a sermon and a battle plan to defeat it. He met much opposition, and had he left, and gotten mad because many were ugly, and talked about him, the church might still have been prejudiced.Yet we now have a congregation full of mixed peoples.

Here recently I was disturbed that the childrens church time starting this month was going to be taken over with the christmas play practice. I prayed, and let it go. Well now I have been asked to teach for the first part of childrens church, and then help with the practice. Had I gotten mad, I would have only showed what a horses hiney I was, and the show would have gone on. LOL Now the children will not be void of biblical learning for three months.

Prayer is one of the Most Powerful unused tools today.

That is real easy. The first verse only speaks of having a name blotted out of the book of Life and the second verse only speaks about those who already have their names written in the Lambs book of Life. Neither of those verses are talking about one getting his name "written" in the book of Life. All through out the bible it talks about those who's names are already written in the book of life or having ones name blotted out of the book of Life. Ex. 32:31-33 "And Moses returned to the Lord, and said "Oh this people have sinned a great sin and have made them gods of gold. Yet now, if You will forgive their sin; and if not, blot me, I pray You, out of Your book which You have written."

And the Lord said to Moses,"Whosoever has sinned against Me, him will Blot out of My book".

The questions here are these. Moses didn't have a bible at that time so how did he know that God had a book and better yet how did Moses know that his name was written in it some 3 or 4000 years before Christ?

The answer is this. Since the bible doesn't say anything about anyone's name being written in the Lambs book of Life in the old testament nor the new testament and that God says that He knew you before you were in your mothers womb. Your name was written in the Lambs book of Life before you were in your mothers womb because God had hope for you then. It is only by our choices that our name is blotted out of the book because we choose to disobey God until our death. And when death comes it is to late.

Yes our choices.

We can choose not to believe in His name like Islamics or Buddhists have done.

We can choose not to believe in the Son either as the satanists or the new agers have done.

We can choose not to seek after God.

We can choose not to do good or we can choose to speak curses and bitterness out of our mouth.

I take that figuratively and not literally. If you take it from a figurative point of view, you can see the connection of that metaphor to this one:

No it doesn't say when, and since it doesn't, your stance that it is when you are born is just as much a guess as those who say it is after you are saved.

Ex 32:32 tells us that God had a book of names long before Christ and the only reason that God will remove that name from the book is if that person has sinned against God. So by those verses we know that the book of life was written long before Christ was born. But I say again. Since God knew you before you were in your MOTHERS womb he wrote your name in His book because He gave you life when He breathed the breath of Life into you when came out of your mothers womb.
