i was responding to a posting in doctrinal questions the discussion was about 7 pages on a debate on babtism controversial on being babtised in the name of jesus or father son and holy spirit,meant for my comment to go in that forum.go their and you would understand

i think i know wear you might be coming from as i was involved in that topic you just mentioned you do need to though make it clear to what you are trying to say so other worthy members can help you out

that topic was clossed as it was just getting no wear and if i may ask i might be wrong how do you see what was beeing talked in that topic on baptisem wear the op asked these question in whoes name do you baptize a person is it in the the fathers name is it in jesus name or is it the holy spirit

see this is wear you need to ground your self in gods word so that way you grow as a person and not have al sorts of doctrine thrown at you also you need to see that hear on this forum many come from many diffrent denominations and we wil give our input to how we understand this for our selves

though some times you wil get people bringing in all sort of things that wil puzzle you

i have been reading the bible know for nearly 18 yrs and its coming to 20 yrs i have slipped sevral times but god did not give up on me and every time i go over the bibles i have which i read from two bibles not one bible i am always learning some thing new as i am very open when it comes to the holy spirit leading me like this the holy spirit also has full reign in my life that means i am the student and he is my teacher

and i feel their you wil get your answer you need to not let things confuse if you fully trust the holy spirit with in he wil not let you down

yet i need to warn you be firm and be strong as if you fail to read your bible if you fail to feed your soul you wil be open to all sorts of false doctrine and this wil be a bad thing for you as you do not want to become stagnatic in your own walk and you wil be no good to know one

any one can baptise a person yet i put my trust in the leaders in my church and i also put my trust in the elders and my pastor as i wil not personaly alow a new christian who has only been reading the bible for 6 months to do this my self i would ask that the new christian be fully grounded or at least have sat in on a course

as my church does this with people who want to be baptized wear you sit them threw a 4 week course and they are told to bring their note pad their bible and their pen with them and ask as many questions as they want on baptisem

as this is going to show the new person what they are about to do it is not to be taken as a joke as what we do is we openly tel the public when we get baptised is this we belong to jesus know and not to the spirit of this world

did i ask ,for an answer ? no! i made a statement , i understand completely, i read the whole 8 pages on that topic where you and wingsaseagles were the word of god and i just thought as an outsider coming in to this forum ,to voice my openion, as ive studied scripture also, for many years converced with many theologians ,been to many different denomonations ,have gotten revelation from the holy spirit of god ,and i know that ,our lord and saviour jesus christ knows whats in our hearts,jesus knows who truly believes, you said you knew where i was coming from, but did you really pay attention?the statement i made-was meant as a quis --->>>>( father son holyspirit)being as one(working together as a unit)being whole likened as when 2 get married they become one -only ? i have is why anyone would want to separate ,FATHERGODJESUSCHRISTTHESONHOLY SPIRIT->>>do they not all work together

i feel you need to search your heart and stop this to wear you feel what you heard on that topic was an attack

one i was able to understand what you had said in this post two this is a forum and one i walk in unity with the people in my town that i live in

two i take this gospel very seriouse as i wil not alow mans doctrine destroy what christ did on the cross for man kind

3 that topic was closed due to one person not wiling to hear the other side out this is what i do not belive in as a brother in the lord my self

4 in the town that i live in we are praying over this rigth now it has taken us 8 yrs to get to wear we are as a group of many difrent denominations

this took a lot of hard work and only know can these groups get together like this

we have combined prayer meetings we have comined praise and worship together

these are the groups that i am close to in my own town

the salvatino army

the unitting church

the anglican church

the church of christ

the cathlic church and sevral spirit filled cathlics

the baptists

the assembly of god church aog

my church christian out reach center

i also pray with sevral open brethren and we do out reach as wel together in this comunity

the churches i stated at one stage did not get on together their wear a lot of biblical arguments over what they saw what gods word ment to them

we also have a 40 day fast and prayer for the comunity i live in

and if you do not belive in what i am saying i can get sevral to join worthy and ask that they log into this topic

what i do not like is this how can gods word be confusing when its so simple to understand
