There are many beliefs out there of how and when the Lord will take His church away. IMOH the church is taken away before the tribulation even starts in the world.

When does the tribulation start?

I believe it starts before the beast is made known to the world, I believe the tribulation starts when the seven year peace treaty is signed between Israel and the Beast whom I believe is a political power.

The bible talks of this person who comes in Daniel.

Daniel 9:27

27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;

But in the middle of the week

He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.

And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,

Even until the consummation, which is determined,

Is poured out on the desolate.

From what I've read in the Bible, I would agree that the covenant in Daniel 9:27 is the trigger that starts the final seven year tribulation. If the pre-trib view of things is correct, the covenant is the latest point in time that the rapture could occur (and it could potentially occur earlier). On the other hand, I've heard people explain from the Bible how they came to a mid-trib or post-trib conclusion and what the said was really plausible. But the best news is that Jesus will be calling for us. :emot-fail:

It's good to take a position. That way, you at least have a starting point. There is a possibility that none of us have this right though so grasp your position gently. Eventually all will be revealed. Until then, be ready to go, stay or just to be obedient to whatever the Lord asks. Don't hesitate to have an opinion and to develop your theology. Just try to remember to love me if I happen to disagree at some point.

Folks, I have decided not to be part of this conversation.

Hash it out for yourselves. You have a Bible just like I do. :whistling:

Hi Guys,

It is easy to post scripture without saying a word about it, and to say let it explain it's self.

Acts 8:29-31

29 Then the Spirit said to Philip,

Once again I explained what the text is saying and you explain why it does really mean what it says.

Like I said you need an open heart and open mind to see the truth, you do not want to accept what the scripture is saying therefore you will not.

You have decided what you are going to believe and the words of God himself could not change your mind.

I believe what God has said and many scriptures He has shown all believers that there is a catching away of the saints and those very saints returning with Him at the end of the tribulation, which are in actual fact the armies of the Lord made up of the bride and the tribulation saints plus His angels but you deny this.

Revelation 19:1-16

1 After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying,

Seeing is believing I have seen what God has said and I believe it. God is not a man that He should lie.

Then why do you no believe him when he says that he will rapture us at his post trib 2nd coming and not one moment b4 it.

I have great reason not to believe this and that is because it is man's teachings not God's and I prefer to follow my Lord for I hear His voice and His voice alone.

God Bless

The pretrib doctrine was created by satan and promoted by people like yourself

Isa is working hand in hand with Satan now? You sure are good at tossing fellow Christians into the devil's arms, aren't ya?

Well heck, just so Isa won't be too lonely there in the devil's bosom, since I believe in the rapture as well, you may as well throw me over there with him.....

.....never mind, I'll walk. I don't want you to dirty your holy hands by touching a filthy Satan enabler like me.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
