The prophetic Books are becoming clearer and clearer to me. Not to mention Genesis, Exodus and Deut.

Just an observation.

Have you ever considered the perpetuity of the Word?

Greetings tsth,

Have you ever considered the perpetuity of the Word?

Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Luke 21:32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

Luke 21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Do you mean something like that?

OR Christ who is our living word:

John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Colossians 1:16-17 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

A long time ago I learned through science that matter and energy can never be "destroyed". This is a simple law of physics. I learned also that when I speak, my words go on into perpituity. At the Bema Seat Judgment, what I have said will come rolling back to my ears. How much more powerful is God's Word that brought everything into existence? That is why He is the same yesterday, today and forever. His Word is always there telling us who He is and what His purpose for us is.

Blessings,

Dad Ernie

Yes DadErnie,

But I also mean in terms of pattern of events/history.

More like this:

Isaiah 66:7 "Before she was in labor, she gave birth; Before her pain came, She delivered a male child.

Micah 5:3 Therefore He shall give them up, Until the time that she who is in labor has given birth; Then the remnant of His brethren Shall return to the children of Israel.

Ezekiel 7:27 'The king will mourn, The prince will be clothed with desolation, And the hands of the common people will tremble. I will do to them according to their way, And according to what they deserve I will judge them; Then they shall know that I am the Lord!' "

That is the last verse in Ezekiel 7.

In His Truth,

Howdy Folks,

I havent posted in this thread in the last few days but have instead been catching up on my reading and looking to see what others more knowledgable in this area have posted.

But I have just started reading Isaiah and some things have come to my attention that I have never really seen in this light.

1:21

How the faithful city has become a harlot, She {who} was full of justice! Righteousness once lodged in her, But now murderers.

One of the things this is saying to me, is that Gods people have sacrificed righteousness and justice, and because of this it now houses murderers as a given example here. and gives another example in the following verse:

1:22

Your silver has become dross, Your drink diluted with water.

they have given up the purity of following God and have diluted it in unrighteousness. Covered up the beauty of righteousness with dross.

We see this today in the church for example the acceptance of homosexual unions being accepted in the name of love and in the name of God, even going so far as allowing our church leaders to embrace this lie. We also see this in the watering down of the truth of Gods word, in order to make it more "attractive" to the listeners who want to have their ears tickled.

And yet they get up there and preach the righteousness of God! Thy silver has become dross, thy wine (KJV) mixed with water.

1:23

Your rulers are rebels And companions of thieves; Everyone loves a bribe And chases after rewards. They do not defend the orphan, Nor does the widow's plea come before them.

Here our very rulers have become companions of the unrighteous, thwarting justice by taking bribes. we see this alot today we had a huge scandle here in Illinois a few years back. There were a lot of lawyers and judges being investigated for this very reason of taking bribes.

And ya know it was big news and then just petered out. I am not trying to be funny here but they were probably bribed

Just like have you ever noticed that on national television you will hear of a big drug bust and how they got all these drugs off the street and then it just disappears from being news? What ever happens to these people that are caught?

They chase after rewards

Not only are a lot of those who swear to uphold justice able to be bribed, they actually seek after it, this not only includes lawyers and judges, but the very polititions that are sworn to protect.

In the mean time those who dont have the money or financial means of support are left out in the cold, (Such as widows and orphans) with no means of seeking justice.

So now justice isnt something that is served, it is something that is bought.

We see this so much not only in our country, but all over the world. I hope I havent gone too far off tghe subject at hand, but this is something that God is aware of and He will avenge and judge.

If America dont change her ways, we can expect judgement, and in my opinion are going through the birth pangs of now.

In Jesus

Kevin

Yes those things are very true about America. I believe this nation will be judged. Any nation that is as openly boasting in the Lord as this one, will come up before the world in judgment.

I believe there are 3 rings in this world stage that are being eyed. 1 big one forming is the EU/1 world govt.-this will be comprised of men who in their greed and lust for more wealth, will conspire to have all that they can have of the world.

The 2nd is the little nation of Israel, of whom the Lord will show Himself through physically in the land.

3rd is America and those who will profess Christ no matter what.

These 3 formations are all spoken of within the Scriptures and they are all simultaineously coming into play on the world stage.

In regard to these mentioned, read Psalms 43-50.

In His Love,

Suzanne

Hi Suzanne,

Amen I will take a look at those Psalms, I love the Psalms and have probably read them more than any other of the bible.

In my study of Isiaih I have found some very interesting things as far as time lines and I know there is a lot more God has yet to show me. It appears that to me anyway, that judgement has began, but its not too late to repent.

Lets take a look at it and please feel free to add what I am not seeing here:

Isaiah 3

Yes we are seeing the same things, as I'm sure many are today. Isaiah is speaking very clearly and loudly in this day and time. It is going to draw dark in the days ahead, these things have begun.

Have you seen the thread on "Light and Dark" yet?

Take a look: Light and Dark

Hi Suzanne,

I looked at that thread and really liked what I saw, I read quite a bit of itand intend to read the rest later. You are right, the truth must prevail, once we compromise truth, we compromise everything, everything stands on truth, everything.

Christ tells us we shall know the truth and it is truth that sets us free from the bondage that the devil and our flesh hold on us, Thy word is truth, we are to stand on the word of God with no compromise.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
