Sorry for your distress... Although I am not a baptist I know plenty and they do not act in this way. The fruit she is baring is not Godly.

Have your parents gone to this pastor who pastors the church?

This is important to finding out what is going on!!

It may be the chuch but may not be.

Is your mom paying for the wedding? She shouldn't be.

Your sister is acting defensive and it is not a good thing for any person to be alienated from their family at all. She knows something is wrong or I should say whatever spirit got a hold of her is running.

Something is wrong and someone needs to seek out this church and talk to the pastor.

Angel worship is not a christian practice at all. Baptists do feel the same as this statement. Acknowleding they exist is fine.

Try not to pray out of emotion but using the promises of God applied to her. Ask Jesus to deliver her from what has captured her soul.

And as fresno states, love her but that does not mean excusing her from error.

my mother had an experience when she was pregnant with me where an angel visited her and touched her entire being with warm light the majority of it falling on the womb.( I won't go into detail about the events leading up to this but to tell you that my mom was very young, very afraid and called out to the Lord often because of it) I made the mistake of thinking that being in the presence of other Christians I could tell this amazing and beautiful story without problems...I guess I didn't know much about how people can be sometimes, even those who claim the faith...anyhow one person in particular wrote to me to inform me that it was not an angel but a spirit of the enemy and that it portayed itself in light to fool my mother and me and from that day forward we have been bothered by this familiar spirit. I was told that I needed to kick it out of my life and that once I did all the "troubles" of my life would go away. This little piece of "love" coming from this person has not helped me in the least, what it has done is made things harder for me in ways because the gifts that the Lord has given me, have been in question many times....worrying that I might somehow be deceived and actually believing I have been given a spirit of the enemy rather than God. It was even recommended that I might want to see a psychiatrist...

I too will pray about a web page for you...let me know about it so that I can see it if you would?

Goodness..gracious..child. That was a Angel. Ignore that person. Probably some Spirit in that person who wants to snuff out that wonderful testimony.

I use to get shocked over other christian responses..Rarely do I doanymore. My pastor would not let me give my testimony in the church at all. Later I understood why.

It is sad they believe that way and that will be why they do not have visitations. their sight is limited to see into the heavenly realm.

I use to have dreams that I am in combat, yielding large twoedged swords, smashing snakes as well.

They recently are changing to a closer hand to hand combat... Anyone care to comment?

ya, I'm not as surprised by that kind of stuff as I used to be...and I KNOW it was an angel. I just watch who I tell the event to. And those who choose not to believe, I just kind of pity for these are wonderful and beautiful things that I would think people would be amazed and awed by...How glorious is our King, who sends His angels to minister to our grief and fear. There are many many events I could talk about but I won't. I do now more like Mary and hold it in my heart as a treasure.

I agree, Patricia. Baptists don't preach cutting off your family or the worship of angels. Something, indeed, doesn't add up with this type of behavior.

there are many many more...the person who wrote this is me but I was logged in as a different member back when I had an account here before.....I don't share many of my dreams anymore either because of the little comments made like you need to stay away from spicy food before bedtime and stuff...LOL!!!

wow... I just read your dream and there is definitely something similar.....I had to slice necks.

What I find interesting in the natural the neck haveing the jugular is the place to ensure death.

Second is that hebrew history was to cut the neck showing mercy in the sacrifices for sin so that the animal does not suffer.

It is still a practice today or is supposed to be. I will talk to ya soon.
