well i guess the dark side might be able to get close to "seeing the future"? i dont know...i am not studied on such things. why i am talking about the "revival" in florida...

I am doing some internet searching on this to find out what is going on. I had not really heard of this before.

Here is an early article:

According to reports out of Ignited Church in Lakeland, since Bentley began his Healing Meetings there several weeks ago, the town has erupted with revivalistic manifestations; the unsaved are being drawn to the meetings inexplicably, the lost are getting saved in growing numbers, repentance is breaking out among those bound by sin, healings are increasing, people are wanting to get baptized, etc.

When asked for specifics, Bentley said an "awesome, heavy, somber and weighty" presence of God has descended on the Church. People are going out into the streets and marketplace boldly sharing the Gospel with strangers. Word has spread so fast of the many salvations (one woman who had requested prayer for healing changed her mind when convicted by the Holy Spirit and cried out that she wanted to repent and get saved first) and healings and deliverances from drugs, etc., that nearly 200 pastors and leaders of other ministries have come to be a part of what is happening there.

If you really want to know if this is of God or not, what you need to do is read the testimonies yourself, and watch one of their broadcasts (Google Fresh Fire Ministries or Ignited Church for livestreaming video). Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom, and pay attention to see if the evidence manifests God or not.

Discernment is a gift, true, but it is also built up through practice. There are ways to discern if this is of God or not, and relying on the support or skepticism of others is not the way to do it. You need to evaluate the evidence for yourself.

I've been watching everynight!!! I guesswhat I am asking is do you just take these testimonies as true? I personally have not seen anything watching that would for sure be a miracal or healing... I pray that it is real and it comes to my city!!!!!
