Obama is putting world peace above everything else. His statement: "We're going to follow through on our commitment for me to address the Muslim world from a Muslim capital. ", really makes me wonder if he is not trying to follow through on the New World Order plan that has been floating around for years? What about the problems at home and the commitment he has to the citizens of the US? I find myself asking if he believes he can do anything now that he has won the highest seat in the world? What about the problems at home and the commitment he has to the citizens of the US? The last thing we need is a president that ignores part of his job to focus on another part. We, as in our country, are part of the world community and we should not want our president to ignore international affairs. It is stilly to suggest that a president can

All they really want is an opportunity to dictate, stall and manipulate, this is not new information. What a very broad bursh you paint with. There are around a billion Muslims in the world and none of them want dialouge or peace? If all they wanted was us dead we would would all be dead. You know very well this thread is about the muslim extreme. Pres. Obama didn't specify, but everyone knows who he is talking to. And as long as America is an ally to Israel, the muslim extreme will continue to think of us as an enemy, and it doesn't matter what Pres. Obama or any other dignitary says. What scares me is that not once, not once, did we see any so called muslims of peace actively denounce anything the muslim extreme did. Where is the voice of the moderate peaceful muslim in all of this. So, yes, I do have a tendency to lump them all together. Like it or not, this is not about land or politics. So any supposed dialogue along these lines is futile. All one has to do is look at what Hamas has really done inside Palestine to understand this. They are quiet out of fear. I question Obama's wisdom about going to a major Muslim city to speak directly to them. Hmmm ... suicide bombing?
