It seems to me the 7 bowls contain thee 7 plagues and follow the 7 trumpets. Yes, it seems the bowls COMPLETE God's wrath that the sixth seal started. Ok, am I missing something here? 3. Your question was nonsensical I'm afraid. Why don't I have the ability to fly? Why can't I "see" the body heat of nearby organisms?? You demanding that gorillas should be able to speak english is just irrelevant. It's not a nonsensical question. We can't fly because according to evolutionists we have never needed to. There is no link between ourselves and birds other than the claim of a common ancestor. Birds and mammals have evolved on different branches. But evolutionists claim that man evolved from apes. Why then do we not see apes becoming more human-like? That is what was really meant when asking 'do we ever find a gorilla that speaks English'? There is zero evidence of any species evolving into a completely different species. It's why evolution has always remained as a 'theory' in science and has never become more than that. Most scientific theories either become something else (such as a law) or they disappear altogether. We have had more than a century now of the theory of evolution and it's still nothing other than a theory. In fact it would have probably died a death and become obsolete if it were not for Antitheists pushing it and promoting it at every turn. You can see as many similarities between different species as you like (and there are many) but this is no evidence of evolution. In fact, similarities between species actually suggest a common creator - in the same way that there are similarities between Picasso paintings because Picasso was the creator of them all!

  4. Hi Justin Thank you very much for wanting to help me. I think that a lot of my confusion is perhaps not about the language of the pledge per se. If Americans prefer that their pledge or national anthem is only publically recited or sung in the language that it was originally written in.. I think this is something which even many non-americans can understand. So it is not the language of the pledge per se that is so confusing to me.... But rather the broader issue.. if there is an issue.. about whether or not a language {any language} is being linked / associated solely with non-Christian religion.. even though Christians also use that language? For example.. if I may use a hypothetical example again.. if for example if english speaking Christians in a country were to link / associate languages such as mandarin / cantonese soley with say Taoism or Buddhism etc.. And if every time they see the mandarin / cantonese language.. regardless of what the particular context was or who was using it.. if they assume or insist that the language *must* always be linked soley with Taoism / Buddhism only.. simply because it was a chinese language.... To me such an assumption might not only sometimes be inaccurate.. but it might also hurt the feelings of the chinese speaking Christians in that country.. especially those for whom the language is their first language or mother tongue language.... Because to me it is almost like implying that they are doing something wrong every time they use their own mother tongue language {perhaps even to worship the Lord} .. simply because their fellow Christians do not like their language.. or assume that it is synonymous soley with non-Christian religion only... even though the language is actually also used by the Christians.... I know very little about the USA. And I have no idea if there might be such a situation in the USA but regarding the arabic language? For example if the issue was not about a pledge at all - but about say Bible verses being read in different languages {including English} - would many Christians be against the reading of Bible verses in the arabic language because of the language? Or would that be accepted? I hope it is ok for me to ask. I truly truly mean no offence to anyone. It is just something I have been wondering about.... Thank you again for your patience with me.

  8. Rt, Not bad. My musings- Half the people of the world are pretty poor. (Practically all of Africa and SE Asia which makes up one quarter of the worlds land mass.) It seems to me the third seal is in full force now. Maybe, maybe not.

  9. Obama is listed under 'Christian'? That's interesting. I wonder what his supporters have to say about that. His supporters are liberation "theologists" and his stepfamily are Muslims.
