There is only one future....because even though it is us who freely make choices that lead to the future being what it is...it is what it is

2nd Corinthians 5:6 So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus We are already seated in heavenly places, so that when we die.....our body goes into the ground to await resurrection, but WE (our spirits/souls) are in heaven with God (could not find "soul sleep" in the bible btw)

Sometimes, there is feast and sometimes there is famine. Sometimes there is happiness, plenty, peace, contentment and sometime life is a real pain in the posterior. Sometimes we are surrounded by family, sometimes we are by ourselves.....but we are never alone Hebrews 13:5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” When the storm is raging and it looks pretty dire, never forget who is with you. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. We are in and we face troubling times, but God is with us, and if you are anxious or worried give it God and ask for help! and once giving it to him, thank Him and believe he will take care of it, then get your mind off of it Philippians 4: 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus 8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. And if you need more help...ask your brothers and sisters to pray for you. It is faith in The Messiah that saves, Hebrews 11 tells us that the Patriarchs had faith in the coming Christ, and we have faith in the Risen Christ but it is the same faith, the same Christ who saves all in all - to those who repent and believe

Yup pride keeps you from the grace of God James 4: 6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” 7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! What may be known of God, God reveals to all. Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who [d]suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is [e]manifest [f]in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, It is what people do with that knowledge that defines them. Can Jesus save someone if they never heard his name? Yes I think so if their response to God is genuine and pure

How old is it, or how long ago was it made It could be as Old as God created it to be, 6000 years ago He made Adam and Eve Old, All the animals mature, why not the world?

Looks like you stepped on a land mind. Well we must be sensitive where people are and when they will perceive your coaxing as pushing. Obviously there are some deep seated feelings about God this person is trying to deal with, they are conflicted, they want their daughter exposed, but they don't know how to deal with. I expect there was a bad unresolved life experience with someone in a church somewhere

Catholic Theology (Aka Catechism) is based on equal parts of bible and man made stuff they call sacred tradition The Hail Mary is a perfect example of this The first part is pure scripture "Hail Mary Full Of Grace The Lord is with you, Blessed are you among women" It is what Gabriel said to Mary The second half of the prayer is not Holy Mary Mother of God pray for us sinners now and at the Hour of our death I grew up catholic, and the amount of guilt and unworthiness I felt, which seems to go part and parcel with the religion, made it very hard for me to consider going directly to God with my requests And it was much easier to take it to Mary and the saints and let them pray for me. I never considered them God But some do, they call Mary the sinless one (immaculate conception) the queen of heaven, the co-redemprix, and that is complete nonsense, but in my experience that didn't happen

The more you know the word of God the more you know the will of God But the best advice I ever got was in bible college when we were all figuring out what we would be. Find what you hand finds to do and do it, The path God has ordained for you is right in front of you....just walk it in humble submission to God....and you will be going down the right path

Faith is how we perceive and understand God. It is the True 6th sense. Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. 3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. I used to think that faith was something you had to develop, a muscle you had to exercise and if you failed....it was "ye of little faith" But now I understand that Jesus was telling them there are two realities. One reality has them in boat surrounded by storms, and the other is the realization is that God is with you, and it doesn't matter how much the storm complains, it will not harm you. We see this with Peter When he gets out of the boat and walks on water, as long as his eyes were on Jesus, he was safe....but when he turned his eyes on the circumstances and off of Jesus he lost that faith connection and sank Faith is how much God you see compared to how much circumstance you see

I have one objection.....God does not chase us capture and break us We come humbly before him and submit willingly

Actually most of the economics problems can be laid at the feet of Biden for shutting down domestic oil production. Fuel is more than double what it was under Trump and everything depends on fuel. From the trucks that deliver baby formula to the electricity we use to produce manufacture and fabricate goods, to everything.....the price of fuel effects the price of EVERYTHING Biden wants to build America back better....but before you can rebuild something you have to destroy it, ands excuse the conspiracy theorist here, but everything from our response to covid (shutting things down when it was not needed to be shut down, created a great apathy which is leading to this downfall

In my experience, the Holy Spirit, Speaks in a time of need, a word that will plant deep. I will not say what is and isn't the Holy Spirit, but the only way I can see this as being of the Holy Spirit would be a way of training you to be ready, and used to having such gifts, so that when the time comes, you will be ready

I don't know anyone who "worships" Trump. He just did everything right and I would like to see him back in power. He was right on the economy He was right in Foreign Policy He was right in energy production He was right on illegal immigration And Biden (or who ever the handler of that bobble head is) has been an absolute train wreck for America
