I've been a dog owner most of my life. I have also owned cats. I don't own a cat now because I prefer keeping the poop outside and not in a box that I have to continually change. I presently own a Jack Russell mix that is probably the best dog I have ever owned.

I was married, had a daughter, divorced after 5 years of marriage, then both me and my ex-husband became Christians. At the point where we both reconciled and were thinking of re-marrying, he died of cancer. I am joyful that we will both be in Heaven but often wonder what would have happened if he had lived and we had gotten together again. Would we have stayed together? Would there have been another divorce? Is God keeping me single because I made a mess of my first marriage and He doesn't trust me with another one? So many questions. However, I am single and there is a purpose for it in His perfect plan. So, I'm learning to live with it.

No one has offended me or anything like that. I have been spending too much time online to where other important things are being neglected. I think I may have internet addiction issues. Love you all and God bless.

Good news! I am a Christian redeemed from a gay lifestyle. There are others like me. I'm so grateful to the Christian who witnessed to me, who was also ex-gay! Be encouraged. Some of us ARE paying attention.

Why do you consider it a curse? God can use single people too. In the meantime, if you desire to marry, pray about it and stay focused on your walk with God.

Well, I attend church online where I get preaching on the New and Old Testaments and Prophecy. My roommate attends with me. That is my fellowship. " WHERE TWO OR MORE COME TOGETHER..." Just saying.

I would like to get married again. However, if it is God's will that I remain Single He knows what's best for me.

Talk with couples, pray with them for their marriages and their children if they have them, offer to babysit their kids so they can have much needed time for themselves.

Do you want just ANYONE to date you or are you willing to wait on God's choice for you? While you are waiting stay in the Word, pray, do the will of the Lord and continue to grow in your relationship with Christ and in maturity as a Christian. God will present the right person to you at the right time if that is His will for your life. In the meantime, there is nothing wrong with being single.

50 isn't old and I concur with all the other folks on this site who have drawn your attention to those men of the Bible, some of who are way older than you. Billy Graham was still doing his crusades in His 50s. Something to think about.

While it is important that there be a physical attraction there let one of your priorities be a beauty of the heart. Also, lots of people with mental challenges go on to have healthy relationships. Don't let this discourage you.

I am an Ex-Gay. I can't speak for every homosexual out there but this is may take on the subject. I have my life to Christ in 2004. In His grace and mercy He healed me from my perverse lifestyle. I now have a desire to get married. Howevet, even if I remain Single it is not a loveless existence. I have the love of Christ to sustain me. Homosexuality is not love. It is sin and it is abomination. That's what the Bible says. I am grateful to God for freeing me from this bondage.
