I agree with my sister and brother. As believers we are and should be held to higher standards in our lives. No the Bible does not say we can't drink, but to drink and post it on such a place as Facebook I find it distasteful at best. The Bible says we are in the world not of it. Hi Joe and welcome to Worthy. I'm glad you were led here. I don't believe you got here by accident. Look around, all of this universe and everything in it does as someone said sings God. Planets that are kept in their places, the seasons, oceans, sunsets, Do you realize if we were only a couple miles closer to the sun we would burn up, and just a couple miles further away we would freeze to death? Things like that that seem so innocent yet are so perfect. God spoke all this into existence in just six days. He knew you before you were created. He created you in His image. He knows you, what your thoughts are, what you have done and what you are going to do, yet He loves with a perfect love, no strings attached. He offers eternity to you with Him in Heaven, a place so wonderful you cannot even beging to imagine. It's yours, freely for simply turning your life over to Him. He will take nothing away from you except your sin and give you so much more. He left everything in Heaven for you and died on a cross, then rose again three days later. What perfect love. I would agree with Giller. We have to be very careful for sure when we point the finger at something as personal as this. You cannot judge when it comes to someones faith unless it is against what scripture teaches.

I got a little hit of it when Tom Cruz came out with his part in it. It was laughable. He walked into this room full of celebrities with some kind of symbol hanging from a wide ribbon. When he walked in everyone stood then bowed. He was so full of himself it was hysterical. How anyone can bow to another human being is beyond me, especially Tom Cruz. I pray for his soul because someday he is going to be bowing to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Most of then I dare say you have never even listened to, yet you choose to slander them without any proof. Just to let you know Chuck Smith was a very fine man who started Calvary Chapel back in 1966. I go to a Calvary Chapel, believe me there is no false doctrine preached there. Chuck Smith is now home with the Lord and because of his obedience he was able to point many to the foot of the cross. Talk to the many people came to know Jesus because of these men and womens testimony and preaching. Wow I thank God for those people and for the souls that have been saved because of their witness. And as for my choices, I choose to believe the Word of God where it says to judge not lest you be judged.

This does not surprise me at all. Obama's whole administration was about underhanded deals and want he wanted. He never cared about this country or any of us. By doing this he gave America and the people one more slap in the face. Things are going to change, as someone said, we have a new sheriff in town.
