I think as Christians, it should be clear to us that there is no alien life to be found, as scripture only speaks of one Messiah, one creation of a planet with life, and one way to heaven having come from the creation written of. The world has a very different and skewed perspective of things. The media controls the information, regardless of where the media outlet is based from. To put this into perspective as far as the media is concerned, let's just examine a major event that is happening in the world right now. Yesterday, the american media reported on the events in Ukraine, by telling us that Obama has taken a hard line stance in considering arming Kiev. The slant was, that he is pushing this mentality on Europe. The news in Europe reported that Merkel is telling Obama to back off of this situation, so that cooler heads may prevail. Meanwhile Russian television was reporting that Obama and Merkel are in agreement, preparing their citizens for all out war. The bottom line is, someone wants to instigate a war, and probably will succeed, because people for some odd reason believe the media, accept what they say as truth, and run with it. It doesn't matter what country the news source originates from, they are all controlled by the same master, just look at who owns these media outlets. This is disinformation at its finest, and we should all take that into consideration.

I agree, I think the tragedies visited on Job clearly came from Satan, and what we see in that verse is a human perspective of the events, absent the knowledge of what was transpiring in heaven.

A strange story for sure. This whole push to aliens I think plays into how the media and antichrist will one day incite people in regards to the Second Coming. The news in general has gotten weird to me, I honestly can't follow any of it on tv anymore, thanks goodness papers are still in print.

Yes, they are described with weapons in some instances. I'm not certain what those weapons are for though, is it for use against other spiritual beings, or against natural ones? Probably for both. I guess there really is not much difference how they would fight, whether they punch one in the nose or slash them with a sword, in the end they cannot kill their opponent. I would suspect they feel some measure of pain though. Of course this is all just my opinion, scripture really doesn't say much in this regards, but it is an interesting topic to consider.

They are spirits, yet they have spiritual bodies. When you consider the account of Jesus with the disciples, particularly Thomas, who had to physically touch Him for his own acceptance, then we understand that even a spiritual body has physical characteristics. The major difference between a spiritual body and a natural body is that the spiritual body is eternal. So how the war occurs between them would be different than what we think of war. They cannot kill each other, so there would really be no need for weapons. I don't know if that means they simply wrestle, or something more, but it is important to note that spiritual beings are imperishable already.

These types of policies are what really irritate me most about this govt. We are being taken advantage of.

And the dragon and his angels fought back, 8 but he was defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God. We also see Satan do the same thing in the book of Job. So what I was pointing out, is that Satan and the fallen angels still have access to heaven. This is why the current heaven will also be done away with, what is to come will be untainted, forever. God bless you.

Amen I guess that means you think Satan is clean? Read Job, and you will see that the enemy still to this day has access to heaven and the throne itself. I think you are confusing what is, with what is to come.

They are not unclean, they are said to be "under the altar", a reference to being covered under the grace of Jesus. The point is, they do not receive their white robes until after the 5th seal is opened. Believers sins are removed as far as the east is from the west, but not by ourselves, by the blood of Jesus.

Hello Butero, Well, this is something I would offer for your consideration if you wish to think it over. First, by establishing some basic indicators as to a symbol in scripture of righteousness. Revelation 19:8 it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”— for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. Revelation 19:14 And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following him on white horses. Above we see that fine linen is given to the saints as a sign of their righteousness in Him. Now look at when it is given below. Revelation 6:9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne. 10 They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been. These are people who have died a natural death as believers, they are already in heaven, and they are waiting. They do not receive their white robes until here. That means, no one has them yet, it is a future event. God bless you.
