John Hagee

I like hearing him on the ancient Jewish culture. He explains a lot about the feasts and clothing and those sort of things. That's the only times I've listened to him though.

I have enjoyed much of what Hagee has preached/taught for several years now, however, since I am pre-wrath, I hate it when he teaches on end time events.

I don't know much about Hagee or Duplantis. But they believe that Jesus was wealthy? Tell me more, about their rationale...

Not only am I puzzled about them claiming Jesus to be rich, but about poverty being a curse. How do they explain away Jesus' statement that it would be easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to go to heaven?

They use one small verse taken out of context to "prove" Christ was rich-in Matthew's gospel I believe, He told two of the disciples to come and see the place at which He stayed. They use that to claim home ownership. They also use the fact that Jesus had a treasurer, which was Judas, and that he was dipping into it. The claim is that Christ would have to have lots of money to have a treasurer and not to notice money was missing. The third thing being is that his garment was valuable enough to gamble over. I certainly don't think any of these prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that Jesus was rich. As a matter of fact, He said that the Son of man had no place to lay His head!

And I believe the Jesus was rich thing in context is he had everything, including money at his disposel........because he was God in the flesh and he created everything.

I love to listen to him...........I've got alot out of his teaching.

Ok........concerning this Jew thing, it is a false teaching so I can't be in agreement with false doctrine. The Jews need Jesus just as much as we do!!!!!

However, just a few weeks ago I saw him on TV for an hour and he was talking about the end-times, the tribulation specifically. He clearly said that the Jews would be converted to Christianity by the two witnesses and the 144,000.

I have listened to him for several years and have never heard him promote WOF doctrine.

I've never listened to the man, that I recall, but just did a search on Google, since Ronald asked the question about him. If he teaches what that said about the Jews, I certainly don't agree.
