Unlike all the other folks you mentioned, Islam is a government. A muslim is working for a foreign government. Its time to stand up and quite acting like the enemy is just the radicals its all of islam. Why just the muslims...we should start getting rid of catholics too, especially mexican ones. This is all recent stuff. This isn't how he was raised or acted for the last 20 years. This was a guy who claimed the military was his life. A guy who joined the military AFTER graduating from college to serve "his" country...instead of making far more money in the private sector. He was known for proudly wearing his uniform even when attending his mosque for prayers. But suddenly...6-8 months ago this guy starts writing stuff on the internet. This usually quiet guy starts speaking out at conferences. Has a poor work performance review (which is a BIG blow to a commissioned officer). He Freaks out about getting sent to Iraq with a medical team. And then goes on a murderous rampage. Something changed. There is NO DOUBT this guy is a murderer and a traitor...but it would be a huge mistake to ignore the clear indication that something changed in this man in a radical way pretty recently. And for the record...I NEVER said this guy was a "victim" in any way...mental breakdown or not. What happened is that one of Satan's demons entered or took over this man. This was brought about through his religion. The religion of Satan. That would be what I believe as well. A mild mannered, soft spoken doctor turns into a psychopath? Homosexuals are indeed allowed in the military- they are just not allowed to state that they are homosexuals at this point. This rule, inacted while President Clinton was in office, was a compromise designed mostly to save face for Clinton, although it didn't fix a thing one way or the other. However, there are active bills in Congress as we speak which will finally strike down this law and give homosexuals freedom to fully annoince their sexual preference without detrimental actions against them. I think it would be a good idea to give Sunni and Shiite muslims only non-combatant positions far away from the weapons. My Brother, the ones I served with were clearly working for our Government. That's not say we shouldn't be aware of who people are and that there is clearly a danger of some people who may be working for another cause under false pretenses. But, to round up every muslim soldier and place them in containment simply because some psycho shot up an Army post out of personal frustrations, who also happened to be muslim, is a little drastic at this point. That's my whole point here. If we react in such a manner and contain people for safety reasons based on something that happened that involved the various races, religions, sexes, and sexual preferences, there wouldn't be anyone left in the military because every group has had a "representative" committing and awful crime. We've had white men involved in crimes while in the military, black men, hispanic men, asian men, females from all groups, gay criminals, heterosexual criminals, and now.....the second islamic man. That's right, exaclty two muslim men (that I can remember) have committed murder against the US military while in uniform. There may be other incidents but I can't seem to remember any at this point. Well, Arthur, it's good to know that someone understands islam for what it really is.
