The First Amendment Right to free speech is what is at stake here. Those Mexicans can exalt Mexico above America, but Americans can't show their patriotism? And who started the arguments? More than likely it was the Mexicans. edited by myself. I think this is much too important to speculate..... What the issue should be is that our broken immigrations system is causing great harm in this country. Creating situations that put school administrations in positions to do dumb things. What should be the issue is that there are groups of Mexicans (Raza I think is one group) that is advocating that California, Arazonia and New Mexico was stolen from Mexico and they want to return it back to the Mexicans. Asking five kids to turn their T shirts inside out doesn't appear to be legal, but to make that the point of what is happening there is very short sighted in the overall problem. It's not about Immigration anymore. It's about a New World Order couched in Socialism but at work is something else much more sinister. The catalyst for it's coming out into the open has been the Election of this President. It has emboldened the movement.

It is not some national independance day as most think it is. I asked some mexican people I know and everyone thought it was about winning land and a war against America! So is this what its all about winning against American, taking back land they believe is theirs now?

The topic is about kids being told that they couldn't were shirts that show the American flag. It (the OP) is about freedom of speech, not illegal immigration. If they want to take it back they ought to arm themselves, get out the tanks and fighter jets, and invade. Lotsa luck with that.
