A Christian student in the US has been told she will not be permitted to graduate unless she changes her beliefs.

Jennifer Keeton, 24, is studying for a degree in counselling at Augusta State University in Georgia.

But University chiefs say her beliefs about sexual ethics do not conform to the prevailing views of the counselling profession, and she must change or get out.

I hope she sues their socks off.....this is a blatant violation of her Constitutional rights. You can't force any American to change their religious beliefs nor can punitive action be taken against one for having those beliefs.. Who's running that university anyway, the Taliban?

Oh, but we can. The problem started when Christians started giving in and standing down whenever someone tried this stuff. The law is on our side; we just have to do the same as the ACLU and all the other fringe groups and SUE every time the secular morons do this. The only time an American Christian is denied their religious freedom is when they tuck tail and run instead of standing their ground and refusing to be persecuted.

University terms and conditions are as complicated as any other. Infact they are so much so that they contradict themselves. However our belief cannot be changed no matter what is shown outwardly. It may be a good opportunity for the student to discover things to make the faith even stronger. For the ones that have accepted Him there is allways guidance even though it may not seem so at first.
