Off Topic: I've been pied by Gary a few times (and hosed down to boot ), but just take it all in good humor, Larryt. Shadow2b (Gary) is a very wise member on WB that does like to use his "garyisms" quite often. He isn't demon possessed or schitzophrenic.

Here is where it started. I asked a simple question and the question was innocent. I don't know him. Up to this point the debate was civil. from here on out it resulted in name calling and clicks. as I said I am willing to reconcile with Gary in a PM if he wants. Not with an imaginary personality.

From that exchange above you brought it on yourself. When you start telling people that they are warring in the flesh and do not know how to war in the Spirit, esepecially when you don't know the person well enough to make such assessments, then you should not be surprised as what happens next.

I want to post something that brother Shiloh posted at the beginning. We should all take heed.

That has nothing to do with self defense though. We are not to return insult for insult. We are not retaliate against those who might gossip against us, or call us names behind our back. We are not to seek retaliation against those who persecute us for our faith.

And again on page 5;

We are not to retaliate against peresuction. We are also not to retaliate or take revenge against those who tell lies about us, who seek to defame us to others, who say horrible things to our face.

The last 2 or 3 pages of this prior to this one were just flat out not abiding in this type of turn the other cheek.

Trusting in the flesh, and defending one's family are two separate issues. You obviously cannot discuss this without muddying the water.

It was innocent in that it was not meant to be derogatory. Before this point there was a civil discussion. From this point on there has been very little serious discussion. I am willing to have a serious discussion.

And what is coming upon the earth? The worst time the earth has ever seen. Where the arm of flesh will fail you. We need to practice walking in the spirit.
