what to do

I know I shouldn't be scared. But I am.

My dad who appears to be fearless. he is the strongest most courageous man I have ever seen. He is scared out of his mind. He looked at me earlier and said he was depressed. He almost lost his wife, and his baby girl had surgery, and now all this. He said that we may have to go to a shelter. But then I said where would we go and he looked sad and simply shrugged and said I don't know. His tired to add a shimmer of hope to his conversation, but as hard as he tired, his eyes told the truth. He said if the wiinds were above 150 we would be in for trouble. Because we live in such an old house, it would probably fall off of it's foundation. He is most worried about the tornadoes.

I sit here in tears, my ears throbbing, the dogs barking and the t.v. glaring in the background noise of the little sounds I can hear. Questions, and feelings of fear frustration and anger surge through my mind. WHY are the dogs barking!!?!? They must since it coming. At a time where I should be in peace, and wrapped in God's hand, I feel like I am standing in the void of space and time itself is flogging my worn body. I think in order to feel God's touch, I must quiet myself before Him. I think I will go read my Bible, and just be still.

What are your thoughts? What would you do? What is going through your head right now at this moment?

Let Him take care of you. Maybe you'll see an angel tonight Beth! Take comfort in knowing God is definitely looking out for you. Please, take comfort in knowing the Lord your God is with you.

Father, You said in Your word that You didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of love, joy, peace, and a sound mind. Lord, take Your servant and give her the calm and the peace that she needs right now. Place your hand of protection over her and her family and give her that peace that passes all understanding. In the name of Christ, amen.

My oldest sister Jenny Called. she is pregnant. She called mom cause we are worried about her. Jenny was talking and she said oh God, Oh **Beep** I am having a funny feeling. The phone fumbled and then it hung up. Jenny is probably having a seizure............OH Lord. God come. help. Show yourself lord!!!!!!

my sister amanda ran out of the house and is driving up there as we speak.

Mom is hysterical. With her head injury all the trauma can make it worse, I can't breathe everything is spinning my ears are hurting so bad. Oh God what are you doing?????
