Guest jennsi
When I threw my girlfriend a baby shower a couple of years ago, I did all sorts of things that she would need. Diapers, wipes, bottles, teething rings, clothes, blankets, toys. I wrapped them all up inside of a laundry hamper that she could use for the baby's things. (Most people I know don't think that they will need the laundry hamper until after the baby is born.)

It's an imprinting thingy from the Discovery Channel store. That way they can get whatever they need after they've used up everybody elses gifts...That way they can purchase groceries after they've spent every last dime on diapers. Always seems like parents go broke buying things for baby and never have anything for themselves...
