Blessings Duggar,

I am sorry to hear that you have to w4ork with someone that beligerant & so out of order, something seems to be wrong with this picture (as far as in store management)sounds like perhaps he may know someone higher up but Brother,we know Someone "Highest" up....Firstly I am going to pray with you & for you that we 2  are asking & agreeing in 1 accord ,,,,,,and in Jesus Name we stand before Your Throne of Grace Heavenly Father & place our petition upon Your Altar....Lord,we are asking & believing that You will make this crooked thing straight & not let this continue to go on at WalMart anymore by Your Divine Intervention......Father we do lift this person up to You that you soften His heart that He may receive Your Word, come to the foot of the cross to know Your Son Jesus that He become a new creature, one that is obedient to You & practices self control, love & respect for others....

Heavenly,Father Duggar & I have no idea how You will make WalMart a peaceful place for him to work but we do know that You are ABLE & so we entrust this situation into Your care & we Thank You for Blessing Duggar that he will be happy & joyful at work without interference from anything or anyone that is unlike You,,,,& he will give you all the Glory

Well,Duge ,now that we have prayed ,may I suggest that you take the time to WRITE to either human resources or what ever type of employee services WalMart has for you (corporate office)& offer to make an official complaint of employee mis-conduct and follow through with it..........To be perfectly honest with you ,if it were me & I was subject to that kind of work envoirnment because of 1 person ......I would go straight to that person & tell them that is they did not learn how to control themselves in the workplace that I will take it to wherever I need to in order to see that it does not continue(& believe me,he would see I mean it)I would also express the same to inside management ,that if they let it continue I will see that it does not

That is the great thing about working for a major corporation, there is always a chain of command & steps you can take without the fear of it threatening your own position

.......Praise the Lord                                                             With love-in Christ,Kwik

Thank you, all but overall I don't have as many problems as others do with him, I just get tired of seeing him seem to get away with bullying others.  Yes I have had problems with him, but occasionally he will get on my bad side and I assure you I will yell back.

We have a new person in produce who is doing a very good job, but just about every other morning he has made some nasty comments about him, and even tracked him down to yell at him, just get sick of it.  The last morning while he was criticizing the  new guy I told him rather loudly (but not yelling), find if you think you can do better you come and do his/our job better, quiet him down a little.

Kwik, as always thanks for the powerful prayer.

Well, bro, I regret that you are suffering annoyance at work. One likes to have peace at work and feel good about one's work. ------ But at least you can rejoice that the word of God is true. If you are at all Calvinistic, you can rejoice at another verification of the T in the TULIP, T = Total Depravity of man. Now just think: if the people in general treated others nicely, then the Bible would be wrong. But the Bible is not wrong, but right. ---------- Hooray for another vindication of the Word of God! --------- 18   For God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against all godlessness and unrighteousness of people who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth, 19 since what can be known about God is evident among them, because God has shown it to them. 20 For His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made. As a result, people are without excuse. 21 For though they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God or show gratitude. Instead, their thinking became nonsense, and their senseless minds were darkened. 22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man, birds, four-footed animals, and reptiles. 24   Therefore God delivered them over in the cravings of their hearts to sexual impurity, so that their bodies were degraded among themselves. 25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served something created instead of the Creator, who is praised forever. Amen. 26   This is why God delivered them over to degrading passions. For even their females exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 The males in the same way also left natural relations with females and were inflamed in their lust for one another. Males committed shameless acts with males and received in their own persons the appropriate penalty of their error. 28   And because they did not think it worthwhile to acknowledge God, God delivered them over to a worthless mind to do what is morally wrong. 29 They are filled with all unrighteousness, evil, greed, and wickedness. They are full of envy, murder, quarrels, deceit, and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, arrogant, proud, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, and unmerciful. 32 Although they know full well God’s just sentence—that those who practice such things deserve to die —they not only do them, but even applaud others who practice them. 2:1   Therefore, any one of you who judges is without excuse. For when you judge another, you condemn yourself, since you, the judge, do the same things. 2 We know that God’s judgment on those who do such things is based on the truth. 3 Do you really think—anyone of you who judges those who do such things yet do the same—that you will escape God’s judgment? 4 Or do you despise the riches of His kindness, restraint, and patience, not recognizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance? 5 But because of your hardness and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed. 6 He will repay each one according to his works: . . . . - HCSB

@ bopeep Walmart is as a whole, not unionized, they do have a open door policy though that allows any employee to approach any member of management at anytime, and that even includes the regional and national management, without fear of retribution. If wal-mart were to punish an employee for making use of this policy it would be opening themselves up for a lawsuit.

Before my ex boss came, we had a really nice boss who would personally help out with union fund raisers and he was a Christian, as well. People began fighting among themselves, vying for power, and I have never seen such bitter infighting. But that boss quit to go back to his former home. The new one had been a millitary sargent who hated working with women and our job was 4/5 women. He cursed, yelled, and threw things at us and around the room at our mandatory meetings to intimidate us. We no longer were fighting among ourselves. We had a common enemy. It was so bad that people went for mental health counseling, which had him go for anger management training. Afterward they simply said that nothing could be done for him, and we would have to put up with it. He has been there for 15 years now and people don't stay working there long. Often they transfer to a nearby city after being trained. Our union reps were horrible, too. One abused women and the next was a lesbian who practiced witchcraft. They were no help.

I stayed long enough to retire with benefits. But I can identify with those out in the working world. It stinks. We try to live peacably with all men as much as is possible, but we are sent out as sheep among wolves. We put on the full armor of God, and having done all, to stand. We are not do be doormats. Yet we are to be in submission to authorities and like are slaves to masters, which is what I feel like in these situations. So we are to be respectful and obedient but to stand in a position of power under God's control. We pray for them but when we try to overcome evil with good, they only see this as cowering to their rancor.

So we pray for wisdom as to how to best glorify God . We try to remain thankful that we have a job and to praise Him in all circumstances because He is worthy. And we try not to complain because we don't want to be in the wilderness for 40 years and die there. Therefore we quietly go about our business, doing our jobs the best we can and working as for the Lord, while we try to stay under the radar.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
