Not only do we have an "interview" with John, we sometimes have to get "crappy" with him! He's always mild mannered afterward and appears all flushed!!! As a matter of fact, he's pale white he's so flushed!!!!!

And excuse me, I'm the one with Clorox spray in my hand spritzing "John" down after each use!!!!!!!!

Well people who drive like Ms. Daisy usually drive 20 miles under the speed limit. I sometime but do not complain as much as long as they are doing the speed limit.

I don't like it when people cut me off when I'm driving either.

I don't like it when people move over to the fast lane and go the speed limit. IF your gonna drive the speed limit stay in the far right lane. People are allowed to drive 5 to 10 miles over the speed limit if they move over to the faster lanes. thats why they were created.

I'm not driving so fast as the devil may be chasing me it is because nature is calling and there is not enough trees along the side of the road or rest stops for that matter.

Oh, the stories I could tell!

Oh, please start a thread and tell us those stories!!!! Pretty please??

I SO agree with the 'complaining' thing - nothing worse than standing in line at the grocery store and hearing the cashier witching and moaning about her crummy job, or the co-workers, or the boss................ CHANGE IT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT!!!! (*whew*! That felt good. )

ITA about poor customer service. Seems to be the norm nowdays. I LOVE my job, when I get to help people. And they are so appreciative. (Most of the time, anyway, lol)

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Sounds like a great idea. I'll start a new one later today titled, "Bad customer service stories" in the General forum. Should be a hoot!

mmmmmmmm, mmmmmmmmmmmm people that turn me off are people who think they are all that and a bag of chips too.

Co-workers or people in general who claim they had it better in their home land than when they got to America. I'm like if you got it that good in your home land go back ain't nobody keeping you here. You are one less person I have to hear complain a day; go back where you came from if you don't like it here. IF you can't keep up with the heat the kitchen get out no one is keeping you in there either.

people who claim to be well off and claim the belovant with their monies. I'm like of if you all that how come you ain't sharing the wealth with me.

people who always have time to go on strike whatever the cause. how can you strike when you can't afford the pay them bills anyway.

people who claim to be Christian and don't act it and I know I'm guilty of this myself.

people who you share secrets with and they don't keep them secret.

There is a former president that used to tell the people who he was talking to everything they wanted to hear.

But then the next day he would tell a different audience, the very opposite as the day before, to make them happy.

These are very insecure people, instead of standing up for the truth, they lie about everything, so no one is offended!

Some people are like that they tell you one thing so you won't get upset, then do just the opposite, many times concealed, or under the table deals.

Uh, what??? No one is "allowed" to drive over the speed limit. And, if I'm doing the legal speed limit, I have every right to be in the left lane. (NOT "fast" lane.) IMO, if someone wants to break the law and drive dangerously, I am not required to move out of their way. JMO. <_<

Anyone else notice how the thread that deals with the bad part of people remains on top and draws the interest and the one that dealt with the good side of people headed quickly to the second page?

Just wondering.

Your absoulatly right work in progress if you drive the speed limit you should drive in what ever lane you want. However, note if you drive the speed limit and you move over to the far left lane or the fast lane it is obviously you must have the intention to tick off someone.

Also, note the driver who is Driving like Ms. Daisy like in the movie drove 5 to 20 miles under the speed limit. Now if you are gonna be on the highway in the speed limit is 50 and drive under the speed limit you are just as dangerous if not more dangerous than person driving at or above the speed limit.

You are also correct that if you are driving the speed limit you do not have to move out of the way. However, If I saw BIG MAC truck plowing down behind me I would move out of the way. IF you are driving in the so called fast lane and the person behind you flashes their head lights at you in some states you are required to move over or you will be ticketed.

Cops are even informed depending on where the locations is that if they are give a speeding ticket that it better be over 5 or 10 miles an hour or they don't have case. However, i do know people who have received tickets for going 3 miles over the speed limit which i think is ridiculous anyway.

My other turn off from people is thos that have to try to have the last word for the sake of having the last word. <_<

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
