Angels.. ?

I wanna ask who/what are the angels? 

 

In Christianity, who are the angels? I know Gabrael,Michael,Azrael,Rafael. But I know just names, I do not know anything except  their names.

 

1.) How many angels are there?

 

2.) What are their names?

 

3.) What are their jobs? -for example in Islam Azrael is angel of death-

 

4.) Who are bad angels? Who are good angels ? Who is Lucifer ?

 

5.) Bad angels are demons?

 

I want you to answer the questions like that ;

    Gods Word only mentions 3 angels bu name......Michael & Gabriel and the fallen one...lucifer   The Book of Enoch names the angels,their positions and rank......Scripture does not support this                                                                                   With love-in Christ,Kwik

Gabriel - messenger from God

(Luke 1:19) (Daniel 8:15-27)

 

Michael - warrior angel usually involve in battle

(Daniel 10:21, 12:1) (Rev 12:7-9)

 

Lucifer - fallen angel

(Isaiah 14:12-18, Luke 10-18, John 10:10, Rev 2:5)

 

Apollyon / Abaddon - fallen angel

(Rev 9:11)

I think there's a difference between a bad angel and a demon though.

Or maybe not. Not sure if bad spirits are demons, if they are then I think bad angels aren't demons, they're fallen angels. Bad spirits are the spirits of the Nephilim who were destroyed during the flood. Blah...doesn't matter they're both bad anyways

demons are the disembodied spirits of the nephilim.....   those cross breed's between angels and Adam's daughters.   They are not part of Gods creation and they have no where to go when their physical bodies die.

 

Angels are angels.....  some fallen and some not.

There is another "angel of heaven" not mentioned here, aren't angels of heaven? Being they are celestial, they have celestial(heavenly) bodies, not bodies of earth, earthly made, even Jesus our "Lord of Glory" was raised with a "glorified body of earth."  Luke 24:39  Behold My hands and My feet, that it is Myself:(our Jesus) handle me, and see; for a spirit has not "flesh and bones,"as you see Me(Jesus) have.   The Lord had His disciples touch Him to show them He had a body of flesh and bones, earthly, but glorified, they thought they were seeing a spirit. 

Judges 13:18  -  And the "angel of the Lord" said unto him,(Manoah) Why askest thou thus after my name, seeing it is "secret?" 

The "angel of the Lord" asked the man Manoah why he was asking after "his name," the angel said it was secret," meaning not ready to be revealed.
