Yes, I agree the earth is the Lords.  Has He turned control, or partial control over to Satan?

No, He has not.   God is the supreme sovereign over all creation.   Even Satan is under God's control and does only what God permits him to do.  Satan has never been in control of this world, not even part of it.  God has Satan on leash.

I was just curious because when Jesus was tempted, Satan said, "I will give all this domain and it's glory; for it has been handed over to me and I give it to whomever I wish."

 

Perhaps all that changed after Jesus was raised from the dead?

Satan lied.  It wasn't his to give.   The earth is the Lord's all that is in it.   That includes the nations.  God owns you and me and everyone who has ever walked the earth.

 

God has never handed the earth over Satan and Satan lied when he said it was handed over to Him.

Still, people must be redeemed from the control of sin and the influence of satan.  They must trust in Christ as their near kinsman redeemer.  He has paid the most costly purchase price of all, that of His life blood.  Christ took away the greatest weapon of satan, the fear of death, when He arose from the dead.  I know that my Redeemer lives, and that because He lives, I too shall live.

I believe the earth, He gave for man to steward. The devil is the god of this world to the degree mankind is influenced by and serving him.
