Can God use satan to accomplish is purpose?

I believe any thing, that is ungodly or evil or bad is masterminded by satan,

I just want to know,if God can use the work of satan to accomplish is purpose,or His promise to someone?

what defines the transformation from lucifer into satan is satan's disobedience to God.  

 

i assume that the reason you're asking this is because you've heard someone say that some terrible thing that happened to them was actually God's plan to bring them to repentance; but i do not find this in the bible.  rather, the bible says that God uses His word to instruct us (not experience); and it is the goodness of God that causes repentance, not the badness of the devil.  bad experience can get you to rethink your life, but God's way to get you to rethink your life is for you to hear His 'almost-too-good-to-be-true' gospel preached in faith

and God will use the devil to accomplish His will

     I wouldn't say that God uses satan to accomplish a Purpose ,or perhaps just wouldn't word it that way.   God does ,however,allow satan to do the many things he does ,knowing the end result & that He Himself will turn it around for His Own Purpose & Glory.....

 

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose                              Romans 8:28
