We stuff them in the top and pull them out of the bottom..... and we use them a lot so we usually run out before going back to the store. No, it's actually caused by waking up at 3:00 in the morning and not wanting to disturb my lovely wife's sleep so I got up and went to the couch to read for a while...... I fell asleep on the couch with my head kind of bent over sideways and apparently stayed there for a while before I woke up with severely strained muscles...... Then after we got home, I went swimming which kind of makes one hold their head further back than normal and grossly aggravated the problem until the next morning I couldn't raise my head off the pillow without severe whining which bothered my wife more than if I'd just stayed in bed and read in the first place..... Doctor says it may take five more weeks for the pain to go away... so now I'm taking anti inflamitory drugs, muscle relaxers and pain pills and often walk into walls and door facings..... I did a whole hour on my back this morning then 45 minutes walking in the lazy river, then 15 in the hot tub...... a quick shower and off to coffee with the other old retired guys.... On occasion we will get one free!!!!! So I buy plastic bags that fit the garbage/ waste pail/ bucket. Isn't global warming/ climate change good?
