There is nothing in the hermeneutic of Genesis to allow this kind of thinking... you see I believe that when
God had His Word written down it was for all mankind down through the ages... therefore in that reasoning
there are strict laws of writing that must be adhered to-
in order for you  to arrive at same meaning as written
source. This is called hermeneutics and I believe it is the most important begin in understanding literary
sense of what God's distinct meanings are in the whole of Scripture....

Enoob

So in other words, we have to have the understanding of whole scripture before we can interpret something?  Yes I agree, that is what I have been saying.

Your last statement of
(") reason cannot be based solely on whats written in scripture (")
I fear for your heart in this... your saying Scripture is not enough or you need outside source to complete the
reasoning of things.

I say that if you quoted my whole sentence, you would not be confused.  This is what I said;

So this is why we have to reason, and reason cannot be based solely on whats written in scripture but with understanding which only God can give us through the spirit of truth, and yes I agree one day it will be as clear as day!

My point is, ...it clearly does not say that the angels were created in the 6 day genesis account, so going back to your "hermeneutics" definition, we have to look outside these genesis scriptures to get better understanding.  I did not mean to go outside the bible, but look to other verses.

I provided you with Job Ch 38 to give evidence.  I showed you that that the angels shouted for joy when the foundations of the earth were laid.  I explained that the foundations of the earth was either the "plan" for earth, or the start of building the earth (cornerstone), the beginning of works, and they were there from the start, from day 1.

Either way, this was the first thing that God gave us record of;

Genesis 1:2   And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Genesis 1:3   And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Stage 1 completed.

So you see I have used "hermeneutics" as you define, not outside scripture, but within.

continued.

I fear for your heart in this... your saying Scripture is not enough or you need outside source to complete the
reasoning of things. God says this is incorrect by this verse
2 Tim 3:15-17
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make
thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given
by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for
instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly
furnished unto all good works.

this last portion of the writ 'thoroughly furnished unto all good works' may be understood  that the Scripture is
all we need to maintain Godly understanding, thoughts, activities, works till we enter His presence...

 Enoob

Yes, scripture is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction.....

Why then have you ignored the evidence in Job 38 I have given you?  You have not addressed it?  Why is my evidence being ignored?

Scripture expressly states you are not to add one iota to anything that is written Rev 22:18.
Ps 119:105
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

This is what I told you! We can't add anything.

On what day during the 6 day creation did God create the angels?  Where is it written?  You cannot slip it in there.   You have done what you advised me not to do!

You  may of course do as
you wish but I will stay with within the boundaries of what God has written for God in His Word has given me
no place else for my feet to trod and remain in His path...

Ok, maybe you need to go back and look at those boundaries, so it's fair for all.

KJV
I seriously suggest you study Ps 119 with all meditative diligence and pray God grant you repentance for the
direction of your thoughts...      Love, Steven

 Thank you for your advice.

I haven't slipped it in... it has to occur after the creation of beginning ... In The beginning - hermeneutical principles applied the place
where God without beginning starts everything that is with beginning period (OR) else you add to Scripture... day four stars are made
now Job tells us angel are there period! Standing on Scripture alone as written day one to day four. Some believe it was day four when
their creation occurred :noidea:  God doesn't say! I believe a better possibility would be day one due to the reference of light and darkness
due to Lucifer's category given Him

Eph 6:12
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

KJV

2 Cor 11:14
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

KJV

It is interesting to note nowhere in Scripture are we told when God made His angels and nowhere are we told when he created darkness...

Isa 45:7
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil:
I the Lord do all these things
.
KJV
I await His telling me when I get home... but for certain 'In the beginning' is the start of all that is created of God and is backed up by

Gen 2:1-2
1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh
day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day
from all his work
which he had made
.

KJV
In the context all His work is referring to God's creation day one to day six. So did God make Lucifer?  Hermeneutically there is no where
else in Scripture allowing for the placement but day one to day four... love, Steven

God didn't create evil. He permits it because he weaves All things to the counsel of his Will. Bible is clear Adam disobedience brought sin into the world. GOD didn't cause this he permitted it Lucifer chose to disobey God and turned to Satan. Love can't be forced God has the foreknowledge but people confuses this with that the idea he directly causes evil to happen

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
