Yes ....for some people.....the only job that they know how to do, is to criticise and slander others that are out there doing GOD'S work.....Super Jew.

They spew venom out of there mouths. They can murder someones

reputation with their tongue.

Evangelist, Pastors and Others who are working for the LORD are leading,

souls to Christ. Some lead Hundreds, Thousands, and millions of souls to Christ. They do preach and teach the gospel. They are ordained by GOD.

Romans 10:15

And how shall they preach unless they are sent ?

As it is written:

How beautiful are the feet of those who preach

the gospel of peace,

Who bring glad tidings of good things !

LOVE and PEACE to everyone, <_<

I just got to watch the beginning of Prime Time on T.V.

We decided to turn the program off.

This man....John  claims he is a healer.

He channels the spirits of 40 dead Doctors, to

                get healings for the people.

                This is satanic.

LOVE and PEACE to everyone,    <_<

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Well, I certainly didn't know what it was going to be about. I just caught a brief minute of the commercial. Figures it's something like that. Everyone seems to be getting involved with "the dead" these days. You're right, it is satanic.

Like I've said one thousand times: As soon as Mr. Hinn holds a Healing Miracle Endeavor in the local AIDS Ward OR in the cemetery, I'll be there!

:emot-handshake: Is this thread a lesson on the power of the tongue?...you know...they who love it will eat the fruit thereof...the tongue is a restless evil, a world of iniquity...by your words you will be justified and by your words you will be condemned...?

 good idea!

True, we are to warn others, but are we to spread Gossip?

something I have personally seen.

I have seen healings completely turned around cause of some one elses dis belief.

the power of the tongue is very much powerful. and the speaking against someone is as cursing them instead of blessing them and thus will put them down just as fast as if speaking for them lifts them up, even faster will they fall with the speech against them.

remember the old adage, if you can not say something nice, then don't say anything at all......

why do you think that saying existed? was it to spread gossip? in the form of warnings? or prayer request? no way........ it was to stop gossip......

just curious, how many of you all that are down talking Mr. Hinn, have said even one single prayer for the man? or are you too busy digging him a grave?

do you know that a prophet has no worth in his own town? it is true, seen it happen..... people of the USA, do not believe healing and other miracles are for this world today.....

we get a cold and think we need massive prayer to be made well, and when it happens in a reasonable amount of time, we think we have seen a great miracle.....

folks, things like this are suppose to be every day ordeals. things such as this are suppose to be for each and every believer......

Mr. Hinn is human, and subject to mistakes just as you or me. until i am without sin, i will not ( can not ) throw a single stone.

we are always saying people are not infallible, but then we turn and say this man is horrid cause of this that or other things that we are judging them by.....

Maybe, just maybe, Mr. Hinn is tired of dealing with all of us that are lacking faith and belief..... maybe Mr. Hinn has been called to move on.....

you say "go to the aids ward" why? have you gone?

does it matter where Mr. Hinn worships?

if you are a follower of Mr. Hinn, then you would also know that Mr. Hinn is only one man and as one man, can only be in so many places in a life time. what are you doing to assist??????

Mr. Hinn is to give us the Word......

is his primary job that of healing? or of witnessing the Gospel of Jesus Christ? of Gods Love?

maybe we have got the whole ministry business thing all twisted up and Mr. Hinn has it right........

I don't know, all i know is what God has called me to do, what God has placed on my plate, i do not have the time nor energy to expend on doing some one elses work, or even worrying about whether they are doing the work God gave them the right way.......

just think

if the only way to separate the waters so that people could cross to the other side on dry ground was to hold a staff up, then the Israelites would not have crossed the Jordan into the Promised land...... nor would Elijah and Elisha have been able to cross using the mantle.....

so, being that this is true, then what makes a person think that there is only one way to do something else?

how about raising some one from the dead?

Elijah, raising the boy, Jesus, bringing back the girl, and then Lazareth, and then also Himself, and then with Peter, and well, even more recently a man brought back from the dead after being embalmed for three days....... how many different ways can you think of people being brought back from the dead....

how about the different ways Christ, Himself, Healed some one of blindness...

now, why can not the ministry of Mr. Hinn be different then what you would think is right?

how about the way Mr. Smith Wigglesworth, healed one lady of stomach ailments? he slugged her in the gut, when asked why, he said he did not slug her, but slugged satan, and that she just got in the way ( true story, ) and yes, she was healed of these ailments.

My thoughts on this entire subject, and others like it would be that we lift our brothers and sisters up in the Lord, and not try to tear them down....

we need to watch our tongues, for they are very brutal, and we tend to spit out more curses in a day, then we send out blessings....... no wonder we are falling apart. we need to be blessing each other, not cursing each other.....

Does it matter WHERE BH worships? No, not to me it doesn't. What does matter though is the fruits of his ministry and that is the key here. The only fruits that are being seen are the increasing dollars in the bank accounts of him and his flunkies. Not one single evidence has been put forward to verify his healings, not by any single qualified medical practioner. If there is any proof, I would like to see it. When Jesus healed it was plain for all to see, He sent the healed to the temple so that the officials could verify it. BH has not ever done that and the opportunities he's had to do so, he has avoided.

Leonard's original comment about Jonah in reply to my false prophet post was a fair point and gave me genuine concern for the matter so I've been looking into it. I'd like to post a reply that I received from moriel ministries, hopefully others will find it satisfactory, as I did, but I know you can't please everyone.

Jonah's prophecy like all messages from the Lord

telling or dealing with a coming judgement, have the

same condition of mercy attached. Turn from your sins

and His judgement can be withheld. This is seen

clearly in Jonah's words in 4:2 And he prayed to the

Lord and said, "Please Lord, was not this what I said

in my own country? Therefore in order to forestal this

I fled to Tarshish, for I knew that Thous art a

gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and one

who relents concerning calamity."

This can also be seen that the content of Jonah's

message was of repentance in verses 3:5-9 from the

response from the king. Then we see God's mind in

verse 10, "they turned from their wicked ways and God

relented concerning the calamity which He had declared

He would bring upon them." So this is God's doing,

what God has always done and said, "repent least you

die in your sins."

What one of the problem most people have, thinking

this is a flase prophecy, is an assumsution that the

entire message of Jonah's preaching is contained in

verse 4. So this is all he said for one whole day,

seven words? Or is there more to God's message, one

that is consistent with His whole message to man? Turn

from your sins least a judgment come upon you! Or is

this a new thing from God that there is no hope and

you will be destroyed? I believe God is consistent

with His message of judgment throughout the Bible in

that he warns of judgment but always holds out His

hand of mercy if repentance is the response to His

Word.

On another note the mission of Jonah was of symbolical

and typical importance, which was intended not only to

enlighten Israel as to the position of the Gentile

world in relation to the kingdom of God, but also to

typify the future adoption of the heathen, as they

should observe the word of God, in the fellowship of

the salvation prepared in Israel for all nations.

With regards to Hinn, as I inferred before we shouldnt be stoning the man himself and I dont condemn the man, just the ministry. I pray for him often, both for his own sake and the sake of those taken in by his ministry. Any man can do good works, not every man does God's work and thats the difference. Many worthwhile charitable self-sacrificing dedicated people have done a great many goods for the world on a massive scale, but that doesn't make them christians. Hinn may or may not be a christian, to me his fruits suggest he is not, just because he slaps the name of Christ on everything he does is no guarantee. If you were really twisted you could murder someone in cold blood and claim to do it "in the name of Christ". Spiritual things are spiritually discerned and to me his spiritual fruits are few and far between. I've seen and heard him myself claiming that a dead man was raised while Hinn himself was preaching mere feet away, I've also seen him deny the same event. He's given prophetic words which did not come to pass which had no underlying "Jonah-like" or "Isaiah-like" message of repentance.

WhysoBlind, I'm intrigued by your comment:

Don't get me wrong, I know first hand being slain is a real experience, but there are apparant abuses with this ministry.

How do you define "slain in the spirit" in this context? I think people have varying ideas as to just exactlky what is involved, I'm interested to hear yours.

The lord healed me of cancer eight years ago i have often said i didnt call or go see BH for a healing i called on JESUS for my healing and he did, so when i testify of the lord healing me i dont have to say i went to BH meeting for it. By Jesus stripes we are healed, If we believe we will receive gods will in our life and if i get a cold i pray for the lord to heal that also. We need to put our faith in christ in all things for man will fail. Whether BH is or is not the lord will judge.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
