What sense does that make? I replied to another question, but I will listen, how do you explain any of them are not 24 hours? The same theme is throughout the bible, 6 days consisting of one day and one night, 7th day resting.

It is my understanding that the 7th day of creation has never ended, or do you believe that God is still creating? Genesis 2:2-3 do not give an end to the 7th day the way Genesis 1 gives the rest of the days. Why do you believe this is?

Who ever taught otherwise ?

Who ever taught otherwise ? So what has God been creating since the 8th day? I do not know what you mean by "whoever taught otherwise"... I am not speaking of the teachings of any man, I am speaking of what I see as the literal plain sense reading of Genesis 1 and 2. Could you give the passage that speaks of the 1st day of the next week after creation week? Edited February 9, 2016 by Vendtre

Just curious.... Don't really see a "big problem", just different views on the proper reading of Genesis 1 and 2. Personally I could not care less if people do not agree with my view, I am not here to put anyone down for their beliefs.
