Why would you want your population to be less able to protect themselves? It makes no sense. The criminals and the Jihadists are from the same cloth & get weapons no matter what the Law says. Shouldn't they be training a citizen militia to help prevent attacks? They are also planning chemical and biological warfare against the Great Satan. This is just another attempt by this Muslim president to divert attention from the real issue, which is Jihad and the Islamic Caliphate.
