There is absolutely no proof that the "last trumpet" in 1 Cor 15:52 is the 7th Trumpet of Revelation.

I don't often agree with you Marv, but I think that you have brought up something here that is definitely worth considering.

So you are Socrates, already??? Why don't you just share your understanding, instead of beating around the bush?

My questions are not intended to irritate you William or anyone else.

I found that it often more productive to hold back and allow people time to discover things for themselves without being directly shown. If I ask the right questions, some will be motivated to search for the answers. Often truth has more impact if we have to search for it some ourselves.

Questions are a very Hebraic way of learning. You will notice that often Y'shua did not answer directly, but would respond with a question. Or as it says in "The Matrix", "It's the question that drives us."

Yeah, okay.  Nothing of value here.  Hopefully, your hermeneutical, rightly divided, contextually precise eschatology will guide you when reality shows you something different.  I've no interest in your antagonism so have a great life.

Thank you

I agree, Steven, and I'm looking forward to the day when I can do that too.  :)

As the people here try to dialogue in written format we see who struggle with
interpretative skills and who do not... you seem very adequate in reading and
interpretive abilities... that is all hermeneutics is the science of interpreting
written communication to the intent of the author... Love, Steven

remember no ones should be reading any thing but the bible, or you will get a time, out  William l,

You have got to be kidding, right? All kinds of things are posted here from non-biblical sources. The only test for them is whether they contradict established biblical doctrine.

Everything to accomplish this

2 Ti 3:16-17

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
KJV

Just curios what exactly do you think were missing? Seeing how what we have is able to perfect our work unto God!
Love, Steven

Indeed He has given us all the tools to understand His word.  The key is realizing we have them from Him and need not think we are somehow able to improve on or change that word.

This you will have to resolve with God not me.... when I tried to reason with you from the Scriptures
you summarily dismissed that effort and I am not one that does not learn from their mistakes :)  Love, Steven

Then as a christian you should help those who are as you say struggling. So as youve said Im struggling, I would like to learn answer my question.

Christianity , is what you make it to be  with your mind and action, for there is  some that don't know much about the bible but can show you jesus in them, for they are focus and there hearts are in it, and then you have those that are , or think intelligents is superior to others and do not walk in the spirit , and in the counsel of God, I think many struggle,  but we are to be simple and just help them, but many that are proud and skilled, will turn their backs on those, for it is not the word of God but the position they hold,  and so Christianity

is what we make, it, it can be loving , or spiteful depending who is the one given and teaching the love of God, for many also know the bible inside out, but never, coming to the grace and humbleness of reaching out to those that are in need, so the actions, are steered by the motives, and if they are truly following the bible or not ,

I struggle every day , but it is to those that know the bible and yet there hearts are harden like stone, ? thank you in Christ , for caring , blessings to you .
