And God didn't preach about Christ to all hearts... The truth was brought through people preaching and 1400 years later the printing press finally made it possible for people to have their own Bible...

So,  for many,  they had to wait till Europeans colonized them to learn the truth.

Another problem is , many of these Europeans could not or barely speak the language,  were corrupt,  greedy,  and slave owners , guilty of all sorts of atrocities, making it difficult for Aboriginals to discern that they had the true faith because their actions were often evil and inhumane.

So,  they didn't know Jesus was their Lord and savior before Europeans arrived,  and after Europeans arrived, we can't say for sure that those who rejected their preaching knew they were rejecting the truth.

So,  either every every native American before the arrival of Europeans is in hell for all eternity or they learned about Jesus after their death and accepted him as Lord and savior .

Those are the only two options.   Please answer which is correct.

If your answer is "I don't know " that answer means "yes,  maybe the truth was preached to them after death. "

By saying you don't know , you are saying it is a belief that might be true.

Hi Spiderman

Hope you are well in Christ

My understanding is that Jesus was preached to every nation under Heaven.. There were representatives from 'every nation' See Acts Ch 2 " dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven" ..Also read the book of Romans carefully, "their sound has gone out to all the earth"

God bless You

Spiderman,,,,,

Several times people here have answered your questions but obviously you do not like their answers,it is not a simple yes or no to address the question you ask,,,,,,,,& you cannot tell people how to reply, they can reply however the wish to reply,no matter how many times you insist they simply tell you yes or no,,,,,can't always have it your way, read what people are saying & consider these things,,,,& pray

The Truth of it is that we cannot know who was Saved & who was not ,,,,,God does not hold any man accountable for what he does not know & by His Grace & Mercy He Will give each & every person ever born the Way to Salvation,,,,,How?That is Gods Way,His Word tells us that is His Will & that no one will have an excuse,,,,,,,,,,,,,plain, simple,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,You've been answered, accept the answers,,,,,,pray about them

That was the answer I was given and that answer would indicate that those who did not know the Gospel or Jesus,  may learn it after death.

This would mean that the answer to the question is, yes, God will preach the truth to some people after their death, because he will not hold them accountable for what they don't know.

That was NOT the answers you were given and it is not the answer you are looking for, obviously,,,,,,,,,,,No,no one is learning the Gospel after physical death, they will know the Truth they have REJECTED but God's Grace will no longer be available,it is too late,,,,,,"Seek the Lord while He may be found" Isaiah 55:6.........once a person has died,it is too late

So the answer to that question is "NO",,,,,,,,,God WILL NOT be Preaching some people after their death,He does not hold then accountable for what they do not know while they are alive & while they are living they ARE given the opportunity to accept His Truth, not after they are dead,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,That is the Truth of it,it is not & will not be the way you hope or would like it to be,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,God is Just,He is Sovereign,His Ways are not our ways,His Ways are much Higher than ours,,,,,,,,,,,,,,His decrees,His Word is Final,,,,,,,

Spiderman

I think you are having difficulty here because you may be not fully comprehending Gods Power & His ability to do what no man can do,,,,,,what is impossible for man is not impossible for God,,,,,God does not NEED anyone to Save anyone,He uses His willing servants at His Will, because of Hos Plans & Purpose, not out of need or necessity,,,,,,,,,,,,let me give you an example & perhaps it will help,,,,?

You know, in part ,the situation in the middle east,,,,,,the islamists do not really have any access to the "media" as we in America do,many (most) of them will never have an opportunity to meet an evangelist, read a Bible or hear a Sermon,,,,they live in a very "closed off" world,,,,,,closed off to outside influence & will not have much or "anything" to do with any people except their own fellow muslims, right?  And yet we hear, time & time again ,ex-muslims who have turned to Jesus.....how?   By either a dream, vision or some other kind of personal supernatural visitation from Jesus,,,,,,,we hear Testimonies from these individuals & we can only give the Glory,Praise,Honor & Thanksgiving to God Alone,,,,,,,,,God gives every one of His Creation the opportunity, one Way or another to accept Him as Lord & Savior,,,,,,,,to know Jesus, the Way,the Truth & the Life,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,                       hope that helped

I don't think anyone can learn the gospel after death now that Jesus has saved us.   We had our chance here on earth.

1 Peter 4:6

For to this end the gospel was proclaimed even to the dead,

Spiderman,

we can't totally cherry pick a sentence out of scripture and say “see here? It says this” We need to read verses before and after the one we are looking at plus weigh it with other scriptures which will give us the correct meaning

The bible is always telling in both the old and new testaments to avoid sinful lifestyles, actions and behaviors while we are alive on earth. Your interpretation of 1 Peter 4:6 does not line up with other scriptures which tell us to avoid sin, and seek God during our life time. That would allow people to continue in sin, because they falsely believe they can wait to repent in the next life. That isn't what the bible says. Its says to repent, that means turn from sin while there is time. Meaning time on earth.

There are other scriptures which tell us that all mankind is spiritually dead. When a person comes to Christ, believes wholeheartedly and confesses with his mouth, he or she is born again. That person is now spiritually alive in Christ. Peter is not alluding to preaching to people who have physically died and getting a second chance. Not at all! But to the “spiritually dead” that were still among the living in Noah's time. That is that Christ preached to the people through Noah while they were still living. Notice that chapter three of 1 Peter 3 touches on this. Preaching is only effective when we are alive on earth physically.

1 Peter 3:18-21, (ESV)

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit, in which he went and proclaimed to the spirits in prison, because they formerly did not obey, when God 's patience waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through water. Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Peter then goes on to expound on Noah's preaching, judgment and the righteous who were saved in Noah's time to today's time in which people who are spiritually dead in this present world. Who are sinful, reject Christians. Who reject the gospel and will then face the judgment for their rejection of the promised grace of Christ.

He then goes on to encourage believers to remain in Christ while undergoing persecutions and trials.

As I've said before, there is nothing in scripture that supports a second chance to hear the gospel. God was fully able to make known to those people before the Europeans came what he wanted them to know and do in spite of not having the Europeans minister to them. Just as kwik has said that those in the middle east have no one to tell them the gospel. And yet his will is made known to them.

Okay,  so if there were no indigenous people who knew about Jesus Christ or the Gospel for quite a few centuries,  that would seem that they went to hell then .

If they weren't held accountable for what they didn't know, then some would be in heaven.

Those in heaven would know Jesus and the truth obviously but not in this life.

To say that the truth cannot be preached to someone after death is to say that there is not a single person in Heaven of all who died without hearing about Jesus.

So,  they are all in.

I believe there is more power in God's mercy,  love,  and death than that.

If they weren't held accountable for what they didn't know and are not in hell,  well they know the truth now.

Also,  no one is denying that some people have dreams,  visions,  or get knocked off their high horse like Paul,  but for most people it is from preaching or reading.

If Native Americans were having visions and dreams that infused them with knowledge the Gospel, the preaching,  the death,  and the Ressurection of Christ , there would have been Christian tribes before Europeans arrived.

Also,  those Middle Eastern nations were Christian before they were Muslim.  They were some of the first nations to be evangelized.

Hence, There  has always been an underground Church in those countries.
