a strange experience

the other night i awoke at about 4am and am not entirely sure if i saw someone standing in my room, they were quite tall and were wearing a trench coat with a hat and then winked at me and dissapeared. i was pretty freaked out so i prayed to god to prtoect me if i was an evil spirit. then when i went to sleep again i remember someone telling me it was st christopher in my room.

ive also been getting the feeling that when i walk around my house at nite, someone is just waiting to stab me, pretty odd i know, maybe the otherside is seeping into my house? anyone have any opinions?

It sounds like a demonic presence. I'd be especially careful of occult influences you might allow in your home which could open up demonic doorways.

I agree. I would pray through the house and ask the Lord to show you (discernment) what it is that you need to pray against and find out how it got there. Sometimes we leave open doors, so ask the Lord, and then close the door.

When I pray through my house I anoint my doors and windows. I'm not saying this is something you have to do, I just feel led to.

I have told this story before, but a couple years ago, I awoke one early autumn night that is mildly cool normally, but I immediately began shuttering because of the intense cold and a feeling of heavy darkness and forboding. As I got up and walked around the house praying, I was casting out demons in Jesus Name to no avail. I couldn't figure out what was going on. Suddenly I heard the Holy Spirit speak to me quite loudly, although it was in my spirit that I heard Him, and He said: "Remember the blood!" I understood immediately and saw a picture of the Jews in Egypt as they put blood on their door posts so that when the death angel passed over, they would not touch their homes.

I began to visual the Lord's blood all over my home and I had no sooner started praying in this manner than the darkness lifted and the cold was dispelled.

I mentioned this to my wife the next day and she told me she had seen a group of three people the day before all dressed in black and walking around the area and they seemed to be stopping in front of various houses and it looked like they were praying or chanting or something.

This testified to my heart and spirit that I had likely experienced a "spiritual" attack. We have not had a problem since that night.

WOW!! DE, I have wondered at the spiritual context of 'Praying the Blood of Jesus' and now you have explained it beautifully for me. I'm going to claim my house for Jesus each and EVERY day! When we moved in and had our house warming party my Pastor and a group of elders stood in our hallway with my husband and I and we committed our house to the Lord. Thankfully we have been blessed with safety and a fruitfull marriage. It just goes to show how the Authority of Jesus Christ overcomes the evils of this world

You may have psyhic powers your not aware of ,I also have seen people in my room.Once when i was younger i saw a monk standing over me as i lay in bed,I had just woken up and got a fright.

I would have to agree......

things as this, disturbing sightings as this i do not believe are from the Lord, I know what it is like to have physical contact from one of the Lords, and i know what it is like to be around something that is not....

do you recall what colour of clothing?
