I gotta tell you, HF, it's SOME mean not all of them. I know men my age that look like they're seventy. Lifestyle has a whole lot to do with that and twenty years of drinking, smoking and overeating take their toll! I'm not into vanity at all but I DO want to be healthy and look at least my age, not like an old woman. But, as several have noted, it's the inside that counts the most for all of us.
